We had a horrible experience at NPX. Definitely not the magic they advertise. We were treated like sheep being herded from one over crowded, dark room to the next. The elves have no Christmas cheer and seem absolutely miserable. They are so unhappy and it shows. You cannot hear anything they are saying, so you have no idea what you are doing in each room. It seems like you are being shuffled waiting for something to happen, and it never does. The Santa Sack they advertise as personalized is literally something you could buy on amazon for half the price. Its not personalized, its just a plain santa sack that you have to write your own name on. The ornament is cheap (well cheaply made, they charge a fortune). You are supposed to get the elves to sign it yourself, but there is no time and the elves never volunteer to do it. The rooms are overcrowded and the lighting is terrible so you can hardly see anything. It could be amazing, but its garbage. It is a cash grab. They do not care if your kids have a magical experience. They just want your money.
