************************************************************************ This location just simply refuses to carry pan pizza. This is an ongoing issue for longer than a year. I have attempted to place an order as early as 11am Sunday while *** games are playing to busy a busy Friday night. The odds of this location having pan pizza available are extremely low non-existence. I have placed multiple complaints online, receipt surveys, to speaking with a manager at another location who claimed to "oversee" this location.I have not once gotten phone call or email from anyone regarding this issue. Therefore, I assuming that nobody in the restaurant or in upper management cares.I love peter piper pizza! However, I do NOT love it enough to justify driving to the other side of the city wasting time and gas to get the same exact product I should have been able to purchase that is a two minute walk away from my house. When I get told that Pan is not available, I just simply go down the road to Pizza Hut or ******** You guys are literally handing them your business on a silver platter. I know that I am not the only guest that you guys are placing an inconvenience on. I am simply one of the very few that is willing to say something about it. I know that the work force is bad an nobody wants to work. My question is that if you cannot staff the restaurant, than why is the restaurant even open if you cannot provide the most basic product on a daily basis? Maybe a few days you have a few mishaps. This cannot be the new norm because this is now just flat out false advertising. Please call me.Initial Complaint

On January Friday 13th I downloaded the peter piper pizza app and made an account and ordered pizza from the peter piper pizza in ********* ******* *************************************************************. The general manager ***************** called me and said he had to cancel my order because he was closing the store. I asked about my money the $74.46 that I paid for the pizza. He said he did everything on his end for a refund, but I have not received a refund for my money. He sent me an email saying I should have a refund in 5 to 7 business day. That should have been January Tuesday 24th. I sent him an email on January Tuesday 24 that I still have not received my refund of $74.46.
