Talked to **** and he sold me on going with the Western Rattler 357.. when I was crossed from buy an FX Impact M3.. they talked down on FX so much they scared me from that purchase. So the Western Rattler it is.. Did a preorder and promised 2 weeks from date I ordered it .. took 2 months till I got a call it arrived.. Now it gets interesting after paying for it in full when it arrived I was told it would ship in 2-3 days because they informed me that it would have to be tested to make sure it functions properly. Well it took 7 days and that was me calling asking when will it ship. It arrived on Thursday 5/9/24 took it out the next day excited it did take almost 2.5 months just to get it. I fill it up it shoot a full magazine the second magazine here comes the problems. After reloading it shot 2-3 shots the it got stuck and it blew out 4500 psi of air right next to my face, That could have hurt someone very very dangerous. No the magazine wouldnt cycle so I call AIRGUNS OF ARIZONA talked to ***** and instead of walking me thru figuring out whats wrong when it should be working perfect out of the box. After they supposably did tests to make sure it was in perfect functioning order.. He just emailed me a ******* link so I can fix it myself. I tried calling back and now Im getting pushed to voicemail now Im ****** off, So I called my ***** CARD to dispute the transaction later in the day I tried to get it to work but still same results. I received a non functioning dangerous WESTERN RATTLER 357. My dispute I did it later in the evening on Friday 5/10/24. It is now 7/17/24 a little over 2 months and they knew I did a charge back & to this day they have not contacted me to help correct the issues.. And I have not taking this out of its bag since Friday 5/10/24 Im worried it could hurt someone its dangerous due to it blowing out high pressure air right next to my face.

On 12/11/2023 I ordered 1 box of *** 350 count .218, 24.8gr slugs and 1 box *** 350 count .217, 24.8gr slugs for $21.99 each. I received 1 box of the 350 count .218 and 1 box 250 count .217, short 100 slugs. I called and spoke with ****** about the shortage and was told because of ***** the slugs have increased in price so there are less slugs in a box. I was also told they charge extra to cover the cost of free shipping. Airguns of Arizona's web page for these items clearly shows a picture of a 350count box for $21.99 with free shipping. Unfortunately the sales department chooses to give dishonest excuses and cheat a consumer out of $6 worth of slugs. *** and other dealers sell a 250 count box for $15.99

The manufacturer changed the packaging and the quantity of the contents. We had updated the specs on our site, but did miss where the factory picture also stated the quantity. We addressed this mistake. As for this complaint, we reached out by phone and email to resolve the issue and the customer did not answer or respond.
