Purchased a set of large umbrellas (3) and they cost about ****** in march 2024. They were good strong until one started spinning and the s**** was stripped, thought it was a fluke.Thought they were decent 'commercial grade' and loved the color and how they were not fading, so ordered more little ones in June. ~$400)The ones i ordered were too small so wanted to return them. Emailed **** and filled out a return request...fun but Had to pay for my own shipping to return ($75 or something).Exchanged for 4 - 9 foot umbrellas. At this point the other umbrellas screws were all stripped and so they are glued together now. Emailed **** and he offered no solutions. When the other 9 ft ones arrived July 3 i didn't use them until around July 9 or 10th by July 20 i was emailed **** to show him these new ones at snapped in half. He blamed me and wind. I barely used them and there was no wind.Business response

We are well aware of ********************. In fact, he is the only customer in our 30 years of business who we have asked to find another vendor. He has purchased a total of ten market umbrellas from us since 3/09/2024. He returned three after purchasing the wrong size. Of the other seven he has managed to destroy four.
