I had my hair done at the salon a few different times by different stylists. I purchased well known celebrity stylist ********************************* the extensions that are the big hit for thousands of dollars. I received 2 wefts. They were dry quality and I was not told that you could not go to bed with them wet. They matted and I had to pay over $100 just to brush the knots out. I had the stylist re install one row. The second row I put in my bag. I when I was in the bathroom, the stylist went in to my bag and stole the other row that I had paid for. This was not the stylist fault, ******* teaches her stylist ways to scam customers and it is expected. I tried to get resolve through texting ******* but she ignored me. These locations she has should be shut down from the amount of fraud that goes on. One time I had my hair done and the bleach was only left on for a quarter of the normal processing time. It wasnt my first time in there and I even questioned why she was removing it so fast. She told the other employee that it was pulling brass but sent me home. I contacted her days later to let her know the hair looked terrible and she said no problem she would fix it. She was really apologetic and said she didnt feel like I should be charging but she was told she HAD to charge. So basically they did it on porpoise to make extra money. Every time you go there and they give you a quote its ALWAYS going to cost more than what they say. Its also a pyramid scam. ************************* girls that are right out of high school that are friends. It creates an environment where not only do they only function in business by the way she wants it done (how to scam the customer), but that way they never leave the salon and say something bad about it because all their friends are there. She also has them sign contracts letting them know she will go after them if they do. Because she is a social media influencer she gets away with it. People are too afraid to complain because of the power she has.Initial Complaint

My daughter has received make up service From ************** on 5/14/22. The job done was unacceptable. This makeup session did not enhance a persons beauty and made them more attractive. On the contrary it made a young gilr look extremely volgar and unattractive. The job was so sloppy that we had to remove make up after this session. This experience caused my daughter a lot of stress and crying. We had to redo her make to go to her prom. We beleive that a professional makeup artist should be in the business of making people attractive and happy and strive for customer satisfaction. ************** did not deliver on the quality and look that were agreed on and turned a young girl into something very bad looking. The makeup artist denied that she did a bad job and refused to refund our money.
