On 9/15/23 I paid five guys roofing to do a leak repair on my roof. Paid $2,050.00. The next rain it leaked again (thru holidays) and I tarped my roof. I reached out to them in early December and they did come out until 1/11/24 to fix it again, stating they replaced with all new material to ensure no leak (didnt they do that the first time). It leaked AGAIN! Worse than before. ****** and another employee came out in early February to do a water test at my insistence. Sure enough as soon as they put a hose on their repair it poured water into my house. Tarped it again and they scheduled us for almost three weeks later. Roof kept leaking and we made the decision to go with another company. They couldnt get it right the first two times and a two year warranty means nothing if Im wasting my time waiting for yet another repair to the original repair. I am seeking a full refund for poor workmanship and inferior products used. As I type this I am wrapping up the mold removal project from months of leaks with no proper repair.
