Date of Transactions were 06/16/2020 and 06/30/2020. I had ablations on my back, which I have had many times in the past at this same location and by this same MD. These were billed for and paid by my insurance. I continue to get bills in the amount of $651.64 since late last year (2021). Since that time, I have called the office every single month when these bills are received to see what I am being billed for, and have been told that they do not know what I am getting these bills for, I am ASSURED that I have a $0.00 balance on my account. I owe NOTHING. I have been told this several times in a row, month after month that I call. To complicate matters, I have switched jobs twice since these procedures took place, and insurance has also switched twice since this time period. Last month (December 2021) I called when I received a copy of this **** and was put on a long hold, someone came back and told me that she went back and looked in some OLD system that she had and there actually is a **** there for $651.64, after she also told me that my **** was $0.00 and I told her that I keep getting this **** and that I am NOT willing to go to collections over this. I tell her that this is ridiculous, that it is not possible that I should owe anything and how is it possible I have a hidden **** that is almost $700 dollars? She tells me she will check and call me back. No one ever calls.....but I get another **** this month. I am over this.....This company is crooked and I need to get this taken care of. If I go to collections over this hidden **** I will be so angry! They already were paid for these procedures!! They got more than $6002 from the insurance company a year and a half ago!! Thank you for any help you can give me!!
