Ordered a poster for my daughters class. Upon purchasing I received no email Confirmation or receipt. I have called and left a voice mail and no one answers. This was done 8/22 and at this point I feel like this company is non operational.Initial Complaint

I made an online purchase on November 10, 2021, and was charged $38.97. I never received my items, and in May 2022 I checked the status of the order. It was still "shipment pending". I tried calling on May 12 and got voicemail, so I emailed customer service on May 13, 2022, asking for the order to be closed and a refund issued. I got no reply. I emailed again June 12, 2022 and tried calling (again). I left a voicemail with my number. I have received no response. I was wondering if this is a legitimate business so I searched for company complaints today and saw the other reviews. I am including my personal email, as I am leaving the school district this month - my school district email address will no longer be active. I am attaching the original order confirmation email.
