The business does not do ************** pressure to pay cash heavily. The stylists are not held accountable for their mistakes and instead place blame on the client when their work is not up to par. Its a dirty location with luxury prices as well as issues with capacity. They have 10 stylists working at the same time sharing only 2 sinks & running back and forth from the break room. My hair was melted off using bleach and I was told this just happens and no solution. There is evidence that I am not the only client they are s******* over and have reported the respective stylist to the cosmetology board.Initial Complaint

Went in to Beauty Parlour Salon (After making an original $50 deposit to hold the appointment), ********************************************************************, ************ to get her hair done with some roots showing and close to platinum blonde. She originally has very dark hair, had used box dye about 2 years ago, according to the cosmetologist she spoke to WHEN SHE BOOKED, it would be $350-$400 to get her to what she wanted. ******* was shown a picture, confirmed she could do that, started working on my stepdaughter Mias hair . She was there for 7+ hours, ******* could see that my stepdaughter was not happy with her hair and asked her "Do you not like it?" and *** said no. *** spent another hour there for ******* to try to fix it, only for it to make her hair orange instead of blonde. Its not anywhere NEAR what *** asked for, but *** did not know or understand she could refuse to pay for services (Which totaled $465, $15 of which was for a "paying with card fee"). ******* then told her she could come back Saturday 4/8/23, and pay an additional $220+ for them to fix it. They did not tell her that her hair would be difficult to lift to the point she would need multiple sessions and would end up paying $600+ for this service. When I called to speak with *******, she instead told me I needed to speak to the owner of the salon, ******. I was able to reach the salon owner today, and spoke to ***** who is apparently the Fiance of ******. He said "their salon charges more for the services, that they got ***'s hair as close to her goal as they could, that my daughter used Box Dye, thats the worst thing you can do for your hair, that he can't make 100% of customers happy, he can't do anything to help, that ****** trains every employee". He refused to refund her money OR make it right, and said that isn't how he runs his business, that he isnt going to do anything because my 17 year old stepdaughter signed a contract. *** is 17 and no contract would be legally recognized because she is 17Initial Complaint

Date of service 12-3-2022 Price :****** for baby lights partial, before tip. After tip: 70.00=420 Paid for baby lights partial. Came out with bleeding foil roots. I want my hair fixed and the colors blended at no charge. Yes the salon can not guarantee the color, but bleeding foils is unacceptable
