My car was dropped off at Maaco the beginning of May. Started off with giving me a turn around time that wasnt adequate. Stated 2 weeks i got it barely last week month and a half later. They didnt even finish the job completely they missed the side view mirror where the accident happened and the back side of the car. When mentioned they gave me attitude like pushing me away oh your done next like i was a number. They gave me attitude every time i called in checking status. They stated they will submit a supplement claim and call me on Tuesday 6/13 as of today havent heard anything. I reached out to my insurance and there is no supplement claim pending. This is horrible customer service and i want the job done. I went to deer valley location. Tired of dealing with them hoping something can be done if not i will escalate this further.Business response

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your complaint. We take all customer concerns seriously. I do not have any records of working on this vehicle. We are in east Mesa and she lives in *******. If she got it done under another name I would need the Ro number so I can look into this matter further.
