I took the *** Fast track course mid September, and received my Certificate the end of October. I was nervous going into this, but the staff and instructors were so helpful and kind. It's a lot of work in 3 days but so worth it. I am so glad I went and did this, honestly I think anyone working in childcare should. I was so impressed and loved it so much that I am going back in a week to do their director course! Definitely recommend they are amazing

NICCM was a life saver! I needed my credentials FAST. I signed up 2 weeks before the class, had almost everything i needed (just needed a few things updated and some more training hours), came fully prepared, and had the best weekend! I met some awesome people, the staff was amazing, and I left there feeling like i could get it done. They really try and help you as much as they possibly can. This isn't a miracle training. You are literally doing so much in 3 days. If you want your hand held go to a college to get it done. If you have experience with kids, have done quite a bit of training hours, and you are motivated then this is for you. My PD had plenty of experience with NICCM and said when she opened my book she knew right away. They are a respected company. Definitely worth it! Thank you NICCM for helping me reach my goal. I will hopefully be seeing you in ******* for trainings!

NICCM is an amazing company. They take specialized interest in training each child care personal to become the BEST in the business. Mr ************************** ***** and their amazing team of professionals have a way of making one feel like they are being given individualized training. Fine year ago, I was teaching elementary school. Our church had a failing preschool and they asked for my help. I had a degree, I took the required *** courses and an online "Early Childhood Management" course to fulfill the *** requirements to get my director's credential, but I was in way over my head. Mercifully, I found NICCM through a ****** search. I took the ***/Florida Director's Fast Track. Even though our church and preschool were BROKE, I told our ******* *** buying everything he's selling, prepare yourself". So glad I did! I left there with all of his manuals in hand and they became a roadmap.Fast forward 5 years of implementing what I learned from ******* in this amazing course: our preschool is THRIVING and financially successful! Because of the profits from the preschool, we were able to pay a MAJOR role in paying off the church debt as well as furnish our preschool with the best supplies and staff. The first years were not easy, but we stayed the course and the principles I learned were absolute GOLD. Now I have sent many staff members to the *** fast track as well as the *** fast track, and I have just completed the course for the second time myself. I'm already looking forward to the next time!Words cannot express my gratitude to NICCM and ************************* - beyond credentialing, this company saved my childcare center. Highly recommend for anyone in a struggling preschool, anyone in a healthy preschool, or anything looking to open a preschool!

I took the *** fast tract course and was very glad did. The instructor told me I did 2 years worth of work in 2 days! It was fast paced but the staff was there to help every step of the way. I would recommend this course to anyone wishes to obtain this credential.

've been working with NICCM Handprints for a few years now. ******* is very strict and organized, ensuring that you understand the importance of precision and consistency. However, despite all the money I've invested in obtaining my certificates, I was shocked to receive an email stating, "You are no longer eligible for renewal - *******". This entire issue stems from ***** not listening nor giving importance to clients. Communication with her has been a nightmare. She hangs up on me and taunts me by repeatedly asking the same question. I sent a prepaid *** envelope two months ago to expedite getting my corrected certificate, yet she refuses to inform me when it will be sent. We've exchanged numerous emails, repeatedly verifying my information. She doesn't want to send the certificate to my home because I didn't receive it back in 2017? All I need is a tracking number.If you want to experience frustration, choose this company. ******* is excellent, but ***** is terrible and ******* is unreachable. Read previous reviews that highlight similar complaints. This is a TERRIBLE company to work with because of *****.

***** is praised for her customer service. Our staff are not required to stay only the line when students are yelling at them. We require professional behavior from our students and respectful, interactions with our staff.

I recently participated in the NICCM Fast Track Program and had an exceptional experience.
