Cardinal clean did a wonderful job with our belongings when we had to completely renovate our kitchen due to a leak. They were fast and efficient and were able to move some very large heavy items we had. Their customer service was top notch and they even went above and beyond to locate an item that I needed that had been packed accidently. I would highly recommend cardinal clean for any sort of pack out service you may need. They returned all of our items in a neat and orderly fashion. Terrible company sorry I got involved with them handling my house. After a flood they have employees who stole household things. They broke a lot of things lost some things and have no accountability, would not pay for it. Had to have my insurance coverage pay for the items that were broke, lost and stolen, *** lived in ******* since ****. This company is terrible. Sorry I got involved with them. Beware stay away from them. They dont take responsibility for what theyve done no accountability. All they did was take my insurance money and were paid well. The owner or one of them **** wouldnt even return any calls or emails. they have some nice employees and some not so nice overall as a company would never recommend or use them again had a dispute over their handling of some things, and their operations manager told their employees when doing a pack back of my household things the last of them big truck, load or two left in my driveway unpacked unwrapped did not bring them in the house, and they just drove off Im in my late 60s. My wife had just recently passed from a stroke complications and this is how they treated me and what they did to me how would you like a lot of your household personal property left in your driveway for you to deal with in your in your late 60s. Luckily I had friends to help me deal with it left me in a very bad situation. if it wasnt for the cost of litigation, I would *** them. Luckily, I have great homeowners insurance and they took care of me. Cardinal clean did not in my opinion they have some employees that should be fired they made tens of thousands of dollars off my insurance for the pack out and partial pack back storage for a around a year like I said, they did cover for things, stolen broke, lost even denied, having having something that they did their documentation even showed, they took possession of it because they lost it. The task of packing the customers contents started in June of 2020. In July of 2021 **************** called to express how happy he was with the service Cardinal Clean provided and commended the team that packed his contents. During that conversation, **************** informed us of his tragic loss. Cardinal Clean was very empathetic to his situation and sent flowers to his hotel room with a kind note. We continued to check on him but communication began to deteriorate. We called leaving message after message and sent emails requesting updates with no replies. In February of 2022 **************** called to advise he had health issues. Cardinal Clean remained patient. We would confirm scheduled dates with him only to be cancelled at the last-minute time after time. The scope of work was developed with **************** to include items he requested be donated but the delays were constant. In May of 2022 we were allowed to begin the task of returning the contents. Again, the customer created delay after delay. He refused access to the property despite our attempts to assist and requested his content be left outside on his property. Any missing property was part of his original list of items to be donated. On 5/18/2022, Cardinal Clean brought all contents remaining in the warehouse to the residence due to the legal threats made by ****************. We offered to bring the contents into the house however he stated that he didnt want anything else placed in his home and to leave it all under the carport. After the return of all his content, we still attempted to assist by offering to pick up anything he did want or wanted donated. There were some broken items which we either reimbursed him for or purchased new for him and installed. We made every attempt to come to agreements on items including content that was proven to already be broken prior to us handling the content. At no time did **************** indicate to us that content had been stolen, nor were there any claims of theft. Such claims, although rare, are taken very seriously by our company. During our communications with ****************, we worked to remedy issues going as far as to speak with customer after business hours in an attempt to come to agreements on his concerns.Review from Wendy R

Horrible company and horrible people. Cardinal Clean was negligent and damaged my property. We hired a public adjuster to assist with the insurance claim. Our furniture was left in a hot storage unit for three months until our adjuster told them to move it to the air conditioned storage facility. Cardinal Clean caused just under $20,000 in damages to our property and refused to take responsibility, correct the is***, adjust the bill, or well anything. They are good at making excuses and lying rather than being respectful and correcting the is***s they caused, They were not willing to negotiate, they just threaten to *** for an inflated amount that we do not owe. They even admitted to holding me personal property for ****** to get paid, what a horrible company. These people come in contact with you during a difficult time when you heed help getting through a traumatic event and inflate prices to maximize their profits while taking no responsibility for the damage they caused.Review from Ann H

The movers are good. BUT. Here is my story and suggestions.I had water damage happen to my *****, ** house. Cardinal Clean was referred by the restoration company.Cardinal Clean PRO came to my house and gave me a quotation. AFTER they pack-out, I confirmed verbally twice with their PM and Accountant that the estimation price would be accurate, and I PAID IN FULL for all the bills. However, after I signed-off to close the project. They sent me another bill for extra pack-out invoice due to their wrong estimation for pack-out labor hours.For helping others make a better experience with Cardinal Clean, I would suggest:1.Even get referred by other company, decide to accept it or not by yourself.2.Keep everything in WRITTEN records when communicate with Cardinal Clean.3.Cardinal Cleans quotation is just for reference only, even PRO come to check on-site already. More than 59 % actual cost could be happened.Although I still feel not be convinced, I respect Cardinal Clean employees job. So I sent out the extra cost check to Cardinal Clean already. However, this is my worst customer experience ever had.
