Professional, friendly, courteous! Superior Home Pros called me back the same business day that I left a message. We have an unusual wooden pier and beam foundation on a kit home that shifted due to moisture. They advised reinforcing the home with steel beams. The work is scheduled for completion in the next few weeks. I'm impressed with their knowledge and advisement. THANK YOU!!!!

My kitchen floor is collapsing. I've called numerous places who wouldn't get back to me. I even had a scheduled appt with someone who never showed up. No call no nothing. So I am beyond frustrated. *** saved the day. He was here in 10 minutes. WHAT? No one does that. He evaluated the situation and while he doesn't do the work, he recommended someone who does. He genuinely cared about my dilemma. He didn't have to come out. After all, he doesn't do this kind of work, yet he went out of his way to help me in any way he could. After being ignored by other contractors, I was grateful for ***. So hope was not lost after all. Superior Home Pros was recommended to ** by a neighbor when we needed our manufactured home in ********** re-leveled. The crew of 5 arrived during the time-frame we were given. ***** was the lead and explained in detail what they would be doing. We showed him a problem squeak we had and he knew exactly which I-bolt needed adjusting. All of the crew were extremely professional and very polite. We were quite impressed and will definitely have Superior Homes return when the recommended re-leveling is needed.

I wanted to tell you what an excellent job Superior Home Pros did on my manufactured home. This is the fourth time they have provided me service in the last 9 years. Before the drainage system was repaired, every time it rained, water was diverted directly under my home creating a stream & the path that went with it. My home is on an incline. I am grateful that the water drained down & did not collect under my home. However, the ground would sink as the water dried out & my home would no longer be level. Hence the need for their services once a year until 2017.This time I had a squeak on the floor near my back door for more years than I can remember. It is now gone. ************ crew are professional/kind and hard working completing the work in a timely manner. The crew took picture of everything under my home. ****** explained what I was looking at in each picture, encouraging me to ask any questions I might have. He made suggestions for things to look at in the future. Some of those are a direct result of the past water drainage. There was no hard sell. I definitely plan to use Superior Home Pros in the future.**************

Superior came to our home to do a re-level of our manufactured home. We had a squeak in the floor and cracks/separations began to appear as the house settled.When they left, I noticed the front door wouldn't bolt. Called them back for re-do and showed pictures of NEW crack where tile is pulling away from the wall in bathroom.I was told, "we didn't cause that."They fixed the deadbolt and left.Here are pictures of the NEW cracks. Oh, and the floor now squeaks in two DIFFERENT places.All in all, we spent $1,465. Including $1,200 to patch holes in vapor barrier, re-sealing the air handler, strapping up some flexible ducting.I was shown before and after pictures from under the house and believe these things are completed as described.I am very disappointed with their home "re-leveling" service.As you may be able to see, the drywall panel near the bedroom has cracked all the way around. Very large crack above front door. Bathroom shower tiles are separating from the rear wall of the house.We will be calling another vendor to undo what was done with the leveling.After reading other reviews, "repairing rips in sheeting " seems to be a recurring theme. We're the rips there before they came? Hmmm........

***********************************, Like we explained when we came out and also re-explained when we came back out to check your house. You had cracks before we originally came to your house. We lifted in one corner of your house a 1/4 to get it back to level. Your house is 2 years old. Lifting it 1/4 in one corner is not going to cause cracking through out your house and pull tile apart. Your house is built to drive across the state on the highway to get to your property. If your tile is pulling away from the walls then something other then the level of your house is causing that. Squeaking floors can be caused by the weather. If you would like a refund of the $295 you paid for the re-leveling then please call the office and well refund your money.

As others have said in previous reviews, I am very impressed with the professional, informative and motivated workers from Superior Home Pros. Everything was explained to me, and they took care of business in a timely and professional manner - and guess what? They were nice guys too! My little home is insulated, leveled, and even critter managed! Thanks, ***** and crew - you were great!

8/17/22 I had the best experience with Superior Home pros AZ. I made an appt and they were able to come a week earlier then planned! ***** and his team showed up quoted me and did the work all in the same day. Super professional very friendly and honest. I am super happy and I would recommended them to anyone at anytime. The best!****** M
