On 12/19/2023 I went to Arizona bird store an bought a macaw bird for $***** on the 2nd day I call them an tell them im worried about his chest he keeps picking at it so I called them an told them im worried I dont want him to die or get sick they. Told me it was normal and he will get better I took there word on the 4th day that I had it , it died in his cage I couldnt believe it I was so hurt I called the store right away and they said they going to do an atopsy to see how he died and the results came back and everything was good his heart an everything they told me if I want another bird they said to think about it and i said I doubt it it was a gift for my dad and my dad didnt want one no more because he was sad and if I didnt want one they said or call Easy an give me my money back because I got it finance I said okay sounds good I called easy pay and supposedly the bird store told them that I want another bird which I never did because I dont trust them after the first one am now they dont want to cancel my contract just because of what the store told them I was arguing with the bird store they kept hanging up on me they were so rude I couldnt believe it how they treat there customers they dont want me give me a copy of the atopsy an its my bird they dont want to give to me I dont know what else to do I bought an exotic bird for ***** an dies in 4 days I dont think thats right those birds live ********************************************* to keep paying for something that died they are forcing me to get another bird an I dont trust them I want to cancel my contract or a bird for free I have the contract still an I have a picture of when my bird died I have proofBusiness response

****************** purchased a bird from The Arizona Bird Store on 12/17/2023, majority was funded through **** *** ******* (a financial lending institution) plus a small cash portion from him.
Note: the bird was originally $*****
****************** was only able to be approved by **** *** ******* for $*****.
****************** was able to come up with $*** cash which would bring his total available funds to $****.
We reduced the price of the bird, cage, toys and other accessories to fit Mr. ******** budget of $**** including tax, $**** being financed by **** *** ******* and $*** was his cash contribution.
****************** also signed an invoice saying that The Arizona Bird Store does not guarantee health of any bird leaving the store (for obvious reasons), and that we do not give any cash refunds
I talked to ****************** after the bird had died and told him that I would pay to have the bird necropsied to find out what the bird had died from
I talked to ****************** after the necropsy came back, which showed inconclusive, no gross findings as of why the bird had died
Note: The Arizona Bird Store has had the bird over a year, since 9/27/22 with absolutely no issues and no health concerns.
I talked to ****************** again and told him, although against our store policy, I would offer a credit to be used in the store towards another bird in the amount of $2,108.40 (price he paid for the bird after we reduced it) as he still has the cage and accessories.
****************** was not happy with what The Arizona Bird Store was willing to do
****************** threatened me with putting out bad reviews about THE ARIZONA Bird Store, yelled and screamed at me, talked over and belittled me to the point that I said if he was not going to stop treating me like this, that I was going to end this conversation
He refused to change his tone as well as his vulgar abusive language on the phone, so I hung up on ******************
****************** called me right back and treated me exactly the same way, and I hung up on him again
2 days later ****************** called The Arizona Bird Store and said he cancelled the contract with **** *** *******
A week later **** *** ******* called The Arizona Bird Store and said that ****************** had called them and said that The Arizona Bird Store would cancel his contract with **** *** *******
I told Easy Pay Finance that we did no such thing, I explained to them the problem that we were having with ******************, and that we went above and beyond our normal store policy and offered him in store credit
**** *** ******* said they defer to the stores policies were going to inform ******************.
The Arizona Bird Store has heard nothing from ****************** since then
At this point The Arizona Bird Store is no longer willing to go beyond our normal policy and offer credit towards another bird.
The Arizona Bird Store staff knows if ****************** is to come in to the store, he is only to deal with me directly, and if he starts causing trouble in the store they are instructed to call the police and The Arizona Bird Store will have ****************** served with a no trespassing
