In October, I signed a contract to sell my house to AZN LLC. I was given 45 days for the closing and that time has come and gone. During the process, the agent, *********************** was speaking to my husband and I as often as possible, but on the day the closing was supposed to happen, all communication ceased. We tried calling, texting, and even emailing, but no response. I just want to get paid for my home.Business response

We strive for transparency and honesty in all our dealings, and it is disheartening to hear that you feel misled. Our intention is always to provide a fair and reliable service to our clients. If there has been any miscommunication or misunderstanding, we sincerely apologize. Pursuant the agreed and fully executed purchase contract section 3 addresses the buyer due diligence period as 1 day prior to close of escrow in where buyer is unilaterally able to cancel and retain ******* deposit. If notice of intent to cancel is not received on or before, and buyer fails to close, they are in breach of contract. In the same contract, section 14 states if buyer is in breach of contract full remedy is seller retention of ******* Funds, which you will be disbursed to you direct. ************************* will be reaching back out to you today via phone to arrange payment details of the ******* Funds that rightfully belong to you per the contract.
