While the start of this contract had every hiccup imaginable. Also every delay that could have happened did. I had intended to leave the worst review ever for this company. Butyea there is a but. Once again nothing went right and it took extra time but they tried everything they could to correct it. I understand things happen and while Some things were the fault of the companies some were out of their hands but they took ownership of all the faults. In the end they made me change my mind. I really would use them again if I was in the situation of needing them. Not five stars but Ill give them 4 bc they had to earn them All back and they did.

Run, don't walk away from this company run. Do not sign any agreements with them as they are liars. They lie to me, they tricked me. They deceived me they're nothing but POS. They make it like it's a big deal that they bought your house or going to buy your house, but in essence, if your house doesn't sell, they walk away from it after 90 business days. The owner is one of the biggest skeptic liars I ever dealt withEZ Home Sale Response

Straight dirtbags. *********************, the owner, claims to have been in the real estate business for ********************************* the shadiest manner possible. ******************************************* is absolutely a scammer. I sent over a Purchase Agreement that they responded to with "These are approved and ready for signature" so one can assume that they agreed to the terms they received. Little did I know that they had altered the document but led me to believe that the document was as I had written. Their "due diligence" is listing YOUR home that they DO NOT OWN online and finding a buyer. That's why they want 2+ weeks for due diligence. I high recommend staying as far away from these scammers as possible.EZ Home Sale Response

A company that is only worried about your money, not doing what is best for you. Even if the entire contract (Like the **** isn't signed and its within 24 hours, they still make you bound to it. They don't care why, no reason matters to them. I have never been treated so poorly in my life than I was here. Obviously, if this company was so successful they would be more lenient on this type of stuff. So just be 100% sure you want this company, cuz if you wake up the next morning with a heart attack, this company will not let you out and they treat you like you're an animal loved up in their cage. The girl there, *******, she's great if you get her. But its a shame to me she's getting taught that nit picky little things are much more important than how people feel.EZ Home Sale Response

Hi *******, You entered into a legal binding agreement with our company. You signed a contract for us to purchase your home. Once we went under contract with you we tried to close and you refused to work with us and opted instead to sell your house to a different company. We take pride in working fairly and ethically and adhere to the highest moral standards, so we always want to ensure we treat everyone as our own and can deliver on what we promise.
