This company Heating and Air charges me a total of $3,411.48 for the service of buying and installing a ductless unit. along with replacing a bumper on my primary home. this service was fully paid on 8/2/22 and he did not start until the 8th after so many texts and calls on what was going on. he left that day without finishing the ductless installation and as for the Bumper, he said he changed it I saw the old part when he showed me so I assumed it was done. I did not see him for a few more days. After this, I notice that the main house was still having a problem with the cooling so I went to the addict and notice the part was missing so he never installed it. I have reached out many times and all I have gotten in return is excuse after excuse to the point of him using hospital excuses. I ended up getting his left behind work done by ************ a different company. after all this, I notice his ROC# was suspended so he has been representing himself as licensed and bonded. I am looking to get refunded for the cost of the dumper and labor a total of ******Initial Complaint

This business owner invoiced us for a top of the line AC unit but installed a low tiered one. He attempted to hide it by removing the brand plate and covered the manufacture label. We fired him immediately and had to get a new contractor.Initial Complaint

*, Tuesday February 22 2022 ****** came to my place of residence *******************************************************, to purchase a brand new Trane furnace I have listed on offer up for 1000$, but settled in the amount of 500$. ****** paid with a check that wasn't in his name. I attempted to cash said check on 02-22-22, chase Bank wouldn't cash it, the teller told me that I needed to speak with the person on the check witch is ********************************. Since 02-22-22 ****** has continued to keep in contact with me, ****** has been very cordial up until yesterday 02-23-22, when ****** sent me a text asking me if I'm on drugs because I continue to apply pressure and urgency about the money owed to me in the amount of 500$. ****** has attempted correct the problem, and sent me a text stating that he was at his office and waiting on the office lady, with a little inspection came to find out the address on the check is a residential home and the address listed for the place of business on ****** is a residential home as well, ****** on 02-23-22 attempted to send me 500$ at his suggestion through my fiance's *****, her name is ***********************************, ****** choose the date of 02-24-22 for the amount of 500$ to process. My fiance called her bank establishment in attempt to get answers as to why the payment wasn't processing, the teller informed ***** that the date to go through was one problem and the second, that ****** choose standard delivery instead of immediate. I have remained calm and very patient with ****** , I have given him more than enough days to rectify this issue with no evale. I feel that I'm getting the runaround and ****** has my furnace. I think this is a scam, I want the money owed or my furnace back. I have pictures of all the information I have stated in my complaint to support my claims.
