Date: 06/04/2022 I visited the following business, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, a recreational facility with my 3 children. I purchased 2 - 120 minute toddler jump for $16 and regular 120 minute jump for $24. In addition, I also purchased $15 worth of socks needed to utilize the trampolines. In total, I spent $ 71. The issue happened when an employee forced me and my family to move from the table we were sitting at to sit another family. The employee was extremely rude and argumentative, stating that we had to move because we had not purchased the table. This is not the case, the tables are for a first come first serve and the family they wished to sit did not have a family reservation. The employee, ****************************************** would not let me speak with a supervisor and did not give me a refund when I wished to leave due to the situation.
