I would never recommend these crooks they don't do what they promised but make sure they ***** your insurance (to make a hole or dent in something, or to ******* or steal by overcharging.)!!!!!!!!Frontline Consultants & Contracting LLC Response

Hello ********, Insurance paid for your full roof replacement and nothing more than what work was completed. Your roof had 6 layers (in which we have photos that we provided to you and your insurance company) that were paid for including code upgrades, also to help you we included a marketing discount to help you with any out of pocket expenses. Although I know we cannot make everyone happy, I feel we did everything we could to you. Worker that did the job deserve a 4 except for leaving trash behind. ************** and salesman deserve a one. Everything we originally were quoted was untrue. Nothing was followed through on in a timely manner. Took forever to get the job done.Frontline Consultants & Contracting LLC Response

Hello ************, As this is construction and having a 3rd party pay for this, we are at the mercy of a couple things when it comes to timing. As originally outlined in our contract all you are responsible for is your deductible and any agreed upon out of pocket expenses. After having wind damage to our patio roof I contacted Frontline Contractors. From start to finish they were extremely professional, always promptly answering any questions or concerns I had. Very prompt, hard working people. Arrived very early, and worked all day, until completed. It was getting dark. They asked if they could return in the morning to run the magnet over the ground to make sure there were no nails in the yard. Most definitely 5 star service. It took a very long time to receive the check from our ********************* yet so far, we are now going on week Nine (9), waiting for our roof to be installed. We were promised six weeks or less, yet nine weeks and still nothing. We are waiting for a scheduler to complete our roof, and next week would then become week 10. If our roof isn't that important to Frontline Consulting, we will probably be waiting even longer. I wouldn't suggest this coming to anyone!Frontline Consultants & Contracting LLC Response

****************,Unfortunately Frontline Consultants cannot control the turn around time in delivery of payment from your insurance company. You would need to follow up with them directly in order to come to a resolution on this. Our office staff has tired to reach you numerous times by phone and have been unable to speak with you. Your wife eventually reached out and let us know you do not check your voicemails and to contact her directly moving forward. Your roof is scheduled for 07/25/2023. Good work done. They Dealt with insurance company on my behalf. Used quality products too. I like the warranty. There was a miscommunication regarding the original promise to install a facia board I had ready to go. They charged me for it initially, I believe it is taken care of after I explained the agreement made by the project manager, and that it was my board.Frontline Consultants & Contracting LLC Response

We were very pleased with the roofing of our house done by Frontline Consultants. The Project Manager ************************* was very professional and courteous and did a great job working with our insurance company. Zach and the roofing crew have an incredible work ethic. They did an excellent job of clean up as well.
