As far as I can tell, no one is monitoring my system. I reported a major issue with one of my inverters being down on July 13. SunPower finally got back to me on July 19 and requested that I, the homeowner, do all the troubleshooting rather than send out a technician. It was confirmed that one of my inverters was down. They said they needed to get permission to send a tech out. Really?! For a malfunctioning system? Ive heard nothing from them for days now. They dont respond to multiple queries regarding the status of my repair request. I dont even know how long the inverter has been down. My electric bills began rising as soon as my system was finally installed back in 2019. Every year they get higher. This system is costing me money, not saving me. I wish Id never gone with this company! It took months and months just to get it installed. I have cracks in my walls in the rooms underneath the solar panels. Dont waste your money. Go with better solar from companies that are located in your area and actually care about customer service and not just making a buck. I wish Id never signed a lease with these jokers! All I want is to get this faulty and expensive junk off my roof so I can work with a company who knows what they're doing and actually cares about their customers.

Terrible **************** they don't even deserve1 star! We have 2 inverters for the panels we have. Little more than a year after installation 1 inverter stopped working on August 26, 2021. My husband called, they looked at computer and said "you're correct". They sent a third party out to troubleshoot, tech tells my husband inverter is bad but SunPower wants them to try another part. January 2022, we call to be told part out of warranty and MFG of part no longer makes part and they are trying to figure out what to do. BUT don't worry, on your Anniversary date we refund you $ if solar does not produce what we said. Month later we call to check on part that we know won't fix, they are sending a technician out again to troubleshoot even though they don't have part. Tech shows up, again states it's the inverter and his office emails report to SunPower and cc'd us. Anniversary date comes, we call requesting they review our account, SunPower says 1 inverter is not working and they can't get accurate info, but we'll figure something out. Another month and another tech sent out, still not fixed & no parts ordered. We are now a month & half away from 1 year dead inverter, system not working as it should and no refund to us, oh it's also Summer in **** ** with temps 100+ and APS **** is $250 for 1 month PLUS my payment to SunPower of $190. We called again today and told them we are done with their games and will be looking at legal avenues for help. Our system was great when it worked properly. We just want it repaired so it works as it should per our contract with SunPower. During all of this not 1 call from any manager or anyone from SunPower to give us an update, we always have to call them and every time they can't give us answers on when inverter will be replaced. The contract also states that SunPower will make repairs in a timely manner, 11 months later and still no repair insight this is NOT a timely repair.
