Around November 15, I had **** come to my home to troubleshoot my Wi-Fi network. they also invited over an unexpected sales rep, I granted him access into my home, so he could introduce his sale/ promotions. if Im not mistaken, his name was *******. ******* than introduced himself and shared with me his Christmas specials that **** were offering. in a nutshell, he offered me three lines with three new phones for free , I only had to pay activation and some sales tax. *******, a ton of fees, and he pulled a bunch of strings because he was looking for me to leave my carrier and take up his offer. me that he would get the bill of three lines cheaper than what I was paying at ******** at the time. I took him up on his offer because it was a better deal. I was getting upgraded phones along with a plan that was much cheaper per month. ******* also stated that if I traded in my old phones, it would take my fee for my galaxy fold down some. I informed ******* that I was looking to get the best deal that I possibly could that day, he pulled some strings and had gift card added for reimbursement for each line that I opened. He said I would see them after my first bill cycled. The problem that I am facing now is that it took months for me to hear from this sales representative, and I indeed wanted to return the phones because they were not correctly activated the day of purchase and it was too much hassle swapping from one carrier to the next, ******* wasnt much help. he was unreachable as if he ghosted me.An entire month went by without me hearing from *******. I reached out to **** to obtain Marcos *********** and or supervisors ***********. I called and text them all many times .. Out of the three lines only one of them were left operable, for An additional six days the other two were not. Issue that I want resolved is the plan to be honored at $133 a month and also to be added to auto pay, not sign me up initially at set up. i need a total adjustment to my plan.Initial Complaint

I have been facing with my monthly bills. Despite being enrolled in paperless billing and auto pay, along with receiving an AAA discount, I have consistently been overcharged each month.As per my understanding, my bill should amount to approximately $239 per month, considering the discounts mentioned above, for my four connections and additional services. I have international calling on one of the lines and insurance coverage for all five lines. However, even after factoring in all the discounts, my bill consistently exceeds $240, including taxes.Upon reviewing my bill, I have noticed that there are additional services or charges being added without my knowledge or consent. This has led me to repeatedly discontinue the auto pay option out of fear that the overcharged amount will be deducted from my account. I have tried reaching out to your customer service representatives multiple times, but unfortunately, I have found their assistance to be lacking.I genuinely consider this to be a serious issue as it has caused significant inconvenience and financial strain. I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and rectify the situation promptly. The sim card provided by **** was defective it was not able to be used, I obtained a new phone from **** store, I still was charged for the un used SIM card. 0 data used 0 minutes used on it. I asked for a refund and was only going to apply it on my new phone charges anyway.Initial Complaint

I went to ***'s; they had an **** stand. An employee told us the benefits and charges of all the phone lines and trade ins to get new ones and we would get two free phones. I got new phones woth trade in, a ******** iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 pro *** since the money would be put towards the new ones. I only received the ******* and iPhone 14 and the two free phones in the mail. I didn't want the ******* so I returned it back to the company. I kept the Iphone 14 and traded in our phone. I contacted the employee who helped us to complain that I had not received the iPhone 14 pro *** and he had said that they had canceled that order and had to be sent again. After days passed the phone finally arrived but it could not be activated so I contacted the company and employee to help us for several days and they would not do anything, so I had to send it back. I then decided to wait and ordered the iPhone 15 pro *** instead and it has still not arrived. Once I received our first bill, I saw we were being charged more than what the employee had told us which was 110 a month for 5 phone plans already paying the taxes of the new phones. Now it is going to be almost 170 dollars a month for only 4 phone plans and two free phones we did not ask for and apparently cannot return. I saw I was/am being charged for the free two phones, around 200 dollars each, which I don't have the money for and never asked for. If I leave the company told me I would have to pay the total of the new phones and then we cannot return the phones because they have been over the time limit for return. But it is not our problem because I would try calling but they would never resolve our issue and if they do not want to respect the amount of money they said would be paid we do not want to be in their company. Every time I had problems with **** their service costumers would not be able to help us. I honestly have not been happy with our very little time in **** and want to leave the company.Initial Complaint

Yes I called today regarding my **** internet because it went up from $46.00 first to $53.00 and now $67.00 . I talked to ****** and he enrolled me in paperless to take off $5.00 and now is going to be $61.00 and is still high. I asked if you have deals for disability people because I am on Disability or any other discount you can give to get back down the monthly price. The $61.00 is too high. thank you.Initial Complaint

On 5/9/23 around 5pm at this Alhambra Cosco location, I made the switch. I gave the rep the # of phone lines needed and my data usage. With my nursing discount, I was quoted $167.83 before taxes/fees. I was very hesitant at first, so I asked multiple times how much it would cost, I even double checked his quote multiple times, honestly I asked him about 3 times before making the decision to switch to ***** He also said, after taxes and fees and it would be around $190/month. I thought $190-$200 would be where it would fall and that was exactly where I need my bill to be. I finally made the change. He also said it would take about 2-3 billing cycles and I would need to trade in 4 Iphones to get the price I was quoted and after 15 days I would need to call **** to change the phone plans to a lower rate and to ask to remove the next up feature. I did exactly I was told with no delay on anything. Now it is 8/14/23, my monthly **** bill is $224 with taxes and fees. Before taxes and fees my bill is $193. This is not where I wanted my bill to be at all. I feel that I was lied to!Got scammed or tricked and felt so stupid for thinking that the representative was telling the truth I do not like this at all. I was lied to, given false information, and now im stuck with a 2 year plan due to this representative who gave me completely wrong information. I would like to file this complaint that the representative sold me false information and that I would like everyone to be aware and super careful the lies that **** reps are telling you. Maybe this was just COSCO **** representatives or maybe it is JUST THIS ONE representative, but please beware everyone I dont think they are telling the truth. I could only find a picture I took of the qoute, but I wish I was more detailed, I hope no one else falls for this scam. I recommend you that you call **** on the phone to compare the qoutes they offer you before you actually join *****Initial Complaint

Changed wireless service to another company. A Remaining credit is being held for over a year now, Attempt to get a refund have proved futile, Various excuses each time. Spend today on the internet for half hour, digital onsumer service hung up on me, spent over an hour on on-line chat line, referred to another person, then another, then another - not sure issue is resolve? Over 2 hours today
