I paid $92.12 for monthly pest control starting in November. This is a bi-monthly plan, with my first service on 22 November. I never received a call or text in December or January to schedule my **************** I had to reach out to the company on 3 Feb at 2:11 PM to inquire about the issue. I received a text 5 Feb stating they apologize , they were running behind and Im scheduled 14 Feb. I requested cancellation of their service because I didnt receive my bimonthly services on time. I told them not to be contacted at all during December or January for scheduling is unsatisfactory. They blame the lack of scheduling due to holidays and rain. I'm still a customer and should've been at least contacted during my month, to schedule. They are a company, its their job to work around scheduling (even due to holidays and rain). And by not even contacting me, they didnt even try. My contract does state a $150 cancellation fee will be due for early cancellation. But it also states I will be happy with the service or they will return, they never shows during my bimonthly service month. They also apologized and admitted they dont have the ability to reach out to everyone. They still charged me a cancellation fee as well. I advised them Id be filing a ******************** complaint.Business response

Customer has been issued a check to refund the cancellation fee ($150). We have switched
the software that we use for scheduling/dispatching due to the previous platfrom failing to
schedule all customers.
