July 3rd the business charged my account $3640 for work to be done on my truck they completed $626.06 of the work and then told me that they shut the doors. They told me to come and pick up my truck and they would credit my account $3013.94. They have not done what they said they would do as of today. My credit card company said they cannot help me. I have been unable to contact the business even though I have tried numerous times. All of these transactions were done through phone contacts because I was out of state in *****

We have contacted **** and have refunded his money. The business has closed and the voice mails were not monitored in a timely fashion to resolve this concern sooner.
