      (If only you could post zero stars)I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this Meineke location. I took my car in for a motor replacement, which I was told would take 3 to 4 days. Instead, it took an entire month. When I finally picked up my car, I noticed warning lights on the dashboard, and there was an unusual noise. The team reassured me that it was due to the extensive repair and "reset" the lights manually, claiming everything would adjust with time.Within a week, the lights reappeared. When I called back, they asked me to bring the car in again, keeping it for two more days. This time, they told me that my car required a software update, which they were unable to perform. They suggested I take it to a dealership for the software work, despite it all being part of my warranty.After scheduling an appointment at the dealership, they conducted their own diagnostics. To my shock, they found $6,500 in damages caused during the motor replacement, including missing bolts and an improperly attached control arm bar--significant issues that make the car unsafe to drive.When I informed Meineke as a courtesy, I spoke with the manager, ******, who seemed indifferent to the situation. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to reconsider. Their handling of warranty claims and lack of accountability have left me facing extensive repairs due to their poor workmanship and insufficient customer service. Please, do not trust them with your vehicle.

      NEVER, EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO MEINEKE.. THEY HIRE CRACKHEADS AND LIARS THAT WILL FCK UP YOUR VEHICLES...NEVER EVER

      1/26/24, I took my son's car (2007 ******* to Meineke ("MK") for an oil change & inspection. They said it needed an: oil change, replace air filter, fuel injection service, brake fluid flush, flush coolant system, replace front stabilizer link, replace rear brake pads, resurface rotors, replace shocks, replace front brake ************* (Total: $2,512.80). Im not disputing any of the work needed. We picked up the car, the ** warned us that the brake sensor codes on the dash were on. They may turn off after time but to monitor & bring back if they didn't. We drove it home & the brakes didnt feel right. The car didnt immediately stop and you couldnt slam on the brakes. We called MK, the earliest we could return was 1/30. On 1/30, MK told me they could not read the codes to the sensors due to its age. It brakes but the *** brakes feature wasn't working & said to take it to the ****** dealership. If, the issue was related to their work, they would pay for the repairs. ****** looked and said it was unsafe to drive. ****** didn't have the proper tester to read the codes & had to borrow from Engineering. I called MK to give them the status. I mentioned how I was alarmed they released us the car given the driving condition. His response was the car is safe it has brakes". I said it no longer had *** brakes based on the repairs they did. He responded & said many older cars on the road dont have *** breaks. ****** had to "perform a stroke sensor adjustment, zero point of the steering angle sensor, yaw rate sensor & perform the linear solenoid valve calibration" to get the brakes to work as designed. The cost t was $628.95. When I sent MK the receipt, I requested an add' refund of $996.54 the cost for the brake work. MK declined my request & refunded me for the ****** bill. I'm extremely disappointed with MK's customer service. I believe the should have reimbursed me for a portion of their work as a compensation for my time and inconvenience. I DO NOT recommend MK.

      Terrible service - they replaced my radiator without the sensor so the check engine light has been on for months! They told me they were waiting on the part and they would call when they received a t and they never called. Now when I go there to inquire about the sensor they refuse to service me because I complained to management. The car now belongs to my daughter and they told her today they cant help her because they refuse to work with me. I paid for a full service that was never completed and they refuse to get me the sensor. So now I have to pay someone else AGAIN because their feelings are hurt I was upset with them.

      Since ****'s promotion, the service at this location has taken a nosedive. It's clear that management could benefit from some customer service training. I initially brought my car in for fluid leakage, assuming **** oversaw things. The shop allegedly ran a diagnostic and got approval for repairs. However, the next day, my car was still leaking fluid.Upon contacting the shop, the manager nonchalantly mentioned air bubbles and suggested waiting a couple of days. As time passed into the holiday season, I parked my car during vacation, only to return to a substantial amount of fluid on the ground. The manager, displaying an attitude, reluctantly agreed to address the issue upon my complaint.After dropping off my car, a follow-up revealed another diagnostic was needed, uncovering an additional part requiring replacement. Despite being told everything was under warranty, I was surprised to find out about a balance when I arrived at the shop. The manager failed to communicate this information or keep me updated, adding to my frustration with the overall experience.Despite being a loyal customer since moving to *******, the consistent issues and lack of effective communication have led me to the decision not to return. This shop seems to rely on charging for diagnostics, often getting them wrong and resorting to replacing parts haphazardly. Unless you have money to spare and don't mind poor customer service, I would strongly advise against choosing this shop.

      *******, I am sorry that your recent experiences with us have been below our mutual expectations. Please know that **** still oversees this store, and has followed up with coaching on customer service skills with the current manager. Regarding your service experience, I would like to clarify that the initial coolant leak was related to the turbocharger. Your aftermarket warranty company approved our diagnostic fee and covered 100% of the repairs. When you returned in January, we noted that the odomoter showed the vehicle had been driven ***** miles since the turbocharger was replaced. The new leak was from the radiator housing, which is in a completely different part of the engine. Once again, your aftermarket warranty company approved the diagnostic fee and covered 100% of the repairs. Since this last repair was completed in January, we sincerely hope that the vehicle is running well with no further leaks. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to win you back as a customer.       HORRIBLE Store ****, I have paid over $6K for a repair I am not even sure is needed at this point, I should have taken it for a 2nd opinion. I was convinced this was my only option to get my truck up and running properly. After having to use a credit card due to the huge amount , all parts were ordered and back in house 11/8 Per ****, the shop manager. Now it the 17th this is my truck still not done when I was told it would be done by last week, than last Friday came and **** said ti was veterans day they cannot work in my truck due to oil changes. He said it would be ready Tuesdays 11/14, I called **** is on vacation and ******** now said it will done End of biz Thursday, " I PROMISE" ...well Friday is here and I went to get my truck so I can take my two 5 yr olds to school and ****** the tech who is "supposed" to be working on my truck is laughing and hanging out the parking with 2 other guys..I told ****** I am here for my truck and he said its not ready?!! I have done my part as customer, I have gotten NO updates from anyone unless I call, this is the worst experience ever. I still have no truck nor do I have the time to baby sit ****** to make sure HE DOES HIS JOB!! How could **** not make sure his workers are doing their jobs? The inmates run the jail at this place and is very unprofessional and the worst customer experience I ever had. I have sought legal advice to see my options here as well. I feel mislead and feel the time has purposely been wasted to create the impression the truck needed more work or more extensive repairs than actually done. I will do all that I can to make sure another hard working man like myself doesn't get screwed over by these people....totally new crew needs to be at this location. I have been loyal for 5+ years and 3 different vehicles, NEVER AGAIN
