I ordered my window treatment on 4/1. I would like my deposit back but this company is not answering my calls nor emails. I have requested a refund from this company but they are not answering me.Review from Andrea A

FIRST I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS. BUT TODAY THAT CHANGES! This is the worst and most unprofessional company I've ever encountered. ******************* IS A ZERO, A high game LIER, A MASTER AT EXCUSES. I went with this company (*******************) after interviewing 3 other companies ; at the time the reviews were good. Shutters are expensive so we did the order in 2 parts. I have been waiting for my second order /install for going on 15 months!!!! YES 15 months!! I was more than patient, and understanding over all the "delays" he came up with. I started to crack at the end of July and just over the BS.He made promise after promise that he would take care of it. Then set up an install date only to cancel over and over. WTH? Then comes the SHODDY accounting, and saying that I don't have a balance then "we'll give a big discount for all of the issues" then trying to charge, then saying again No monies due. I'm at capacity with this flake. I have now asked him to meet me at "said" warehouse so I can pick up my own **** shutters....crickets. I put him on a text count down and was relentless at dialing over and over to answer my texts. It was scheduled for this upcoming Friday 10/13/23 so yesterday was 3 days to go.....Please confirm, he did(lied) and I blew my top and told him I want a face to face confirmation today at 2pm, which he agreed. Then OF COURSE, he has as urgent issue and said he's not coming!! He has to meet with his lawyer over some BS about his business. I said what has that got to do with me? you've have my shutters for months right????!! Then he said he can get me a refund?? more BS why today is that his resolution. I said NO I want to SEE my shutters!! I don't want to have to try and get money from this loser. I want my shutters and I, myself will get someone to install them. I doubt he will give me any address to where my second order is!! I have so much in writing from this moron. I am just so done. 1 star only to get this posted Do my shutters exist? Not a trustworthy company! I purchased plantation shutters for my house. One of the shutters malfunctioned. I have repeatedly called and texted the company to fix the shutter, but to no avail. The company does not have the courtesy to respond. I am repeatedly ignored/ghosted. I would not recommend this company to anyone.Review from Jamila M

I hate to post negative feedback, but we made a $7k+ order in March of 2022, and have had multiple issues with this company! At this point, *******************, the salesman and rep for this company, has been actively ghosting us and ignoring our emails and phone calls for the past few months. We understood the months long lead time for the shutters to come in from *****. We didnt complain about the fact that the screens were installed on 3 different occasions, but didnt actually fit! It took them months to finally get the measurements right. Now, however, we have been waiting for a repair request that we submitted back in February 2023, and still no word on when they can come out to fix the issue. I think that weve been more than understanding, but ***** has shown poor customer service now that the deal is done, and as a realtor, I will make sure to never recommend this company to any of my buyers or sellers. BUYER BEWARE!! I placed an order with ******************* on February 9, 2023. We gave ***** a $5100.00 deposit (70% down) using our credit card. As each week, and then month, ticked by, I kept asking ***** for an update on our order. On the odd time Id hear back from him, Id always get the standard such and such is on back order. Two and a half months later on April 28, I tracked down the phone number for Alta, the manufacturer of my blinds, and gave them a call. They told me they were waiting on some paperwork from ***** before they could begin my order. At the time, I wondered if ***** had given Alta our $5100 deposit to get started. ***** called on May 4 saying we could use a local supplier to make our blinds as he wanted to ditch Alta. My husband and I decided we wanted to stick with our contract using Alta. May and June passed with an occasional inquiry from me asking ***** where our blinds were. He gave only excuses. On June 24, ***** finally said our window coverings were in and could probably be installed on June 29 or 30, but hed have to verify that with his installer. June 29 and 30 came and went with no window coverings or even any kind of word from *****. On July 17, I emailed ***** asking where our window coverings were. No response. On July 18, I called Alta and our blinds hadnt been shipped yet. I explained my frustration to the rep, saying that either Alta or ***** or both has our $5100 and we have nothing. She interrupted me and said, ***** has the money as we do not." At this point, I had reached my limit with *****. I sent him an email and text telling him to cancel our order and return our $5100 deposit. After 7 days he had not, so I called our credit card company, and fortunately, even though almost 6 months have passed since we placed our order, they have opened up a dispute and will refund our money within a couple days. I would strongly encourage NO ONE to use All Good Shutter and Blind for your window coverings.Review from Gary B.

There are at least two recent one star Yelp reviews on this company that I could just cut and paste as they mirror my own frustrating experience. We placed a substantial shutter order along with a 70% deposit on December 4, 2022. We explained to ************ that we are winter residents and would be returning to the midwest in mid-May for the summer. His projection was a ***** week completion date which seemed entirely reasonable to me. At the 12 week **** I emailed ***** for an update and heard nothing back. At the 14 week **** I started calling. Messages were ignored and on the rare occasion when ***** picked up I was given nothing but a run around as to status. In every one of my voicemails, conversations and eventually text messages I reiterated to ***** that we would be leaving in mid-May and two weeks ago made it clear that our departure date would be May 12. In that specific exchange ***** indicated that they had our shutters and he would see that they were installed no later than May 11. On May 9 I texted ***** and asked when we could expect the installer on the 11th. No response. Today is the 10th and at noon I called ***** only to roll into voicemail. I no more than finished a message when he called back, and as predictable as the sun rising in the east, informed me that his installer bailed on him so we wouldnt be getting our shutters as promised. The best he said they can do now is hold our order, schedule an installation when we return to ********** in October and offer me a 10% discount. Others have apparently had better experience with All Good Shutters and Blinds but mine has been nothing short of unacceptable. Never have I dealt with a company that communicated so poorly or failed so miserably in their obligation to operate in good faith. In my estimation it is a complete breach of duty on their part and leaves me no recourse but explore whatever remedies are available.All Good Shutter and Blinds Response

For the record, this was not clarified to me. I had to hound them into acknowledging that they failed to meet their assurance to install our shutters prior to May 12. There is plenty that annoys me about this situation but what aggravates me the most, and leads me to assert a breach of good faith and fair dealing, is that they were aware of our departure plans and by their own admission had our shutters at least several weeks prior so there is no reason our installation should not have been completed before we left town. They were left with no other option than to offer an Oct completion, which I continue to find unacceptableand of questionable credibility given their track record to date.
