Paid for two trust/***** in May. I was able to sign my will/trust but my partner was not. He went into the hospital with a wound that was infected and when he came out of hosptial was not sound of mind to sign or have me sign for him. Morris Hall said I would recieve a partial refund for the will/trust that didn't get signed and I still haven't recieved my will and trust that I did sign. They won't return my phone calls anymore.Customer response

This Company was a nightmare to deal with but yes, it did get resolved.I left a message with them , because nobody will talk to me on the phone, telling them that if they didn't get back to me by the end of the day, I would be reporting them to the BBB. I made the report the next morning, when they didn't call that day, but someone called me 20 minutes later. I was able to pick up my will and trust that day also and a refund was put back on my credit card.It was a very stressful time in my life, caring for my hospice partner and didn't need the stress that they put on me by ignoring me and not responding for so long.
