Healthy home Flooring, LLC: I purchased carpeting in September 2023 order number CG310965, installation began 11/14/23. Installer showed up late, alone and spoke no English. Not even broken English. No tools to move heavy furniture as promised. Said he would return next day to finish the main bedroom, furniture still shoved all over my house. Called and tried to postpone, I refused as my family was arriving from out of town. Installer came later near dark, installed carpet in main bedroom and took off. I discovered a seam was not flat and called HHF. A few days later a supervisor came to inspect the problem and agreed it needed to be fixed/repaired. As Thanksgiving was upon and a trip in early December, we asked the repair to be done after the first of the year. Never heard a thing from HHF. I called ***** at HHF on 3/25/24, who told me to email the problem and she would ahand it over to schedulers. Heard nothing more and further emails turned to MAILER-DAEMON. Saw online HHF is out of business. Besides the carpet repair, the duct cleaning never happened that I had paid for in advance. ********************* Sent from *********************Review from Tami

I thought I had a review out here from several months ago, but I don't see it so I'm writing another one. If I could give this company zero stars I would. This company is definitely not worth their name. I had floors installed in October of 2021, a few months later I noticed that in some areas the floor started to rise, and peel. I called company they sent someone out they just patched up the work. I continued to call and talk to several people over the of 2022 and 2023.One of their seasoned installers came into my home and as soon as he stepped, he knew what the issue was. He got on the phone right away and spoke to his supervisor. He stood in my husband and my face and told us that this floor needs to be replaced. I was told twice that my floor was going to be replaced. When I say I got the run around from several managers within that company I got it. I paid several thousands of dollars for a floor that looks like I installed this floor myself. It's been nothing but a nightmare working with them. The last result was I pay 50% and have them come back out and replace the floor. Are you serious?Review from Lisa R

The initial consultation was with a man named JD. He came out and showed the samples. He said it would be one amount, but when all was said and done, the amount was higher because they ordered enough flooring to complete double what was measured. Of course, we are stuck with a mass amount of flooring. Thereafter, it was phone call after phone call that went to some young lady's cellphone. She had no real information to provide, so to get us off of the phone, she kept saying that different people would call. Once the flooring was underway, they decided that they had the wrong size for the " nose" of the stairs and that took another month and a million and one phone calls to get completed. Once the job was done, we found that the flooring was scratched in several places, there were areas where the flooring was lifting/buckling, and we were afraid that planks on the stairs would be hazardous at some point because they were loose. We called and when they finally answered the phone, this JD promised to get someone out to correct the issues. When no one showed, I emailed him and he said that hed been sick and someone else would reach out. It has been twelve - months of emailing, calling, texting, and still no assistance. If you hire Healthy Home Flooring to do any work in your house, theres a good chance it wont get done correctly or completely. I paid ******************************************************* November of 2022. Healthy Home Flooring ordered the wrong stairnose for my job. So we went without a stair nose cover for about eight months. It looked horrible and was a serious safety hazard. They were finally able to order new vinyl and make stair nose for my job. Unfortunately, the stairnose broke shortly after installation. Ive had numerous people come out and measure and also confirm that the stair nose is broken in many different spots. *** been told repeatedly that they will have the job done in a couple of weeks but that has never happened. it has been over two years since the Flooring was initially laid down. Initially, it was laid down backwards. The last project manager assured me that that would be no big deal but Ive heard from other installers that it is a big deal. I would like the whole job fixed, but unfortunately, I cant seem to get the store manager to call me back. Since my Flooring was originally laid well over two years ago, I have had 13 different project managers. From the secretary tells me the project managers just keep quitting! Every time I try to talk to a store manager , they keep telling me that shes sick. I even had a hard time locating what the actual corporate office address is. Im now at the point to where I will need to hire an attorney and try to recoup my cost and have my floor repaired. I doubt seriously that ****** license holder is aware of all of these issues. I cant imagine that someone holding this type of license would allow these things to happen.Review from LA G

Just don't.With so many choices out there, just go with someone else!We signed a contract on 3/21/24. Today is 4/22/24 and we continue to wait. No one answers phones, no return calls after numerous voicemails and no communication. Several "no shows" after promises to return to finish. Are they still in business?!? 2 days AFTER our carpet was scheduled to be installed, we were asked to pick something else because our choice had a 9 month back order. We have been given excuses about computer systems being down, problems with phones and people having quit. Enough!!We are tired of having our house in disarray and ready to move on. Unfortunately, our job is paid in full. We are growing more concerned that we have been scammed.Not happy at all with this company and want 50% of our money returned so that we can get our project completed by someone else, with the carpet we want.Review from Fauzia S

Something has definitely changed at this business. The initial install and service was excellent. When I called, someone always answered the phone and help was always provided. However, now I have scratched on my flooring which are covered by the warranty. Ive been calling for 3 months trying to get to fixed. Over the first two months, the phone was answered and I was told that the guy who does the work had quit and they are training someone new and someone would call me with a schedule. That never happened regardless of repeated attempts. Now when I call I get a machine and no one ever calls back. Im thoroughly disappointed and would strongly recommend staying away from this company.Review from Kim C

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company. Despite paying for flooring and baseboard installation, the work remains incomplete, and my attempts to contact your company have been met with silence. we are at a loss. My husband and I have called daily and left multiple voicemails on ******* voicemail with no response.It is unacceptable that after entrusting you with our hard-earned money, we are left with unfinished and shoddy workmanship. Not only have you failed to fulfill your contractual obligations, but your lack of communication reflects a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.I demand an immediate resolution to this matter, including the completion of the remaining work or a full refund of the payment made. Furthermore, I intend to spread awareness of your unprofessionalism and lack of integrity to prevent others from falling victim to your deceitful practices. I have been met with excuses of trucks, breaking down and firing your ******* two appointments have been set, and you have failed to communicate that you were not even showing up after Ive rearranged my work schedule to be home. This is a rental property and we are losing money by the day by not having a completed project I expect a prompt response to this and a commitment to rectify the situation without further delay. Failure to do so will compel me to explore all available avenues to seek restitution and warn others about your unethical business practices.Review from Steven L

I order my carpet and my install date was change 2 times then on the install date i paid for my carpet and as it was being taken off the truck it turned out to be the wrong carpet. I was told the correct carpet was ordered but since then i have not been able to reach any body at Healthy Home Flooring. I called every number i could find on the internet for them. Each number states they can not get to the phone at this time and to leave a message for a call back in 24 hours well i have not heard back and i am still waiting.Review from Susan C

Initially, I had reservations about choosing Healthy Home Flooring after reading a few negative reviews. Nevertheless, my experience turned out to be very positive. The sales representative was exceptional, dedicating ample time to help us select the ideal flooring solution. The team commenced work promptly the following day and remarkably completed the demolition and installation of new tiles throughout our entire home in under a week. We encountered some issues with moisture, but the company was informative and cooperative, offering a fair price adjustment to resolve the problem. The work was meticulous, and the area was left spotless. Their customer service was commendable, with daily follow-up calls to ensure our satisfaction. We bougth this companies flooring from a store theyvwork with. We started having problems and relayed it to the builder of our house and store we the flooring from. They place we bought it from came out and said there was a few things they would try to do and the would contact healthier choice to file warranty May 2023. Everytime I asked about warranty they said it just takes awhile to hear back. Now Jan. **** even though we started our complaint because the company we bought from didnt do warranty paperwork like we were told healthier choice is saying mot their fault or problem. It ***** that you are honest pay the bill, follow the instructions if there is a problem and the builder, company that sold the flooring and manufacturer all say sorry not our problem. They sure didnt have a problem taking my money or lying to me over and over.
