I have been dealing with Home Solutionz since May 2023 had vinyl tile installed May 2022. Contacted Home Solutionz in June that tiles through out the house are lifting. Contacted two supervisors. Left plenty of messages and also called ***** her on main line and her cell phone. I left messages every other day all the way through August. No longer working with Home Solutionz. I am put in contact with ***** August 29th. Leave messages with her on the main line and on her cell phone. Finally get in contact with her on August 29th and she tells me to send pictures. Which I do. States she is waiting to hear back from the vendor. Tells me she has scheduled an appointment on September 18th and someone will be at my home between 12-1 to look at the tile. I tried to confirm with her and never responded. September 18th was a no show!! Kept leaving messages and she never responded! Finally calls me and tells me that she never scheduled September 18th. She tells me that someone from ************** will contact me to look at tile. Finally Aiwei from ************** schedules appointment for September 22nd between hours of *****. ***** shows up and inspects tile and stated that the reason tiles are coming up in areas is because T-molding was never installed. She stated she would have report over to ***** at Home Solutionz within a week. I called on October 9th and left messages with Rica and also texted *****. She finally returned my call and scheduled for Thursday, November 2nd between 8-10. ***** stated she would call the day before to confirm arrival time. ***** texted me on November 1st and asked if I could give her a call at my earliest convenience. I returned her call left messages and had no response. I also called her the day of November 2nd which was a no show again. I have documented everything since my first contact with their company. Also emailed and left messages for owner of the company no response.

Was overcharged by ****** and still have not received the money that is owed us. Keep placing calls to ***** who says she will (and has) submitted it to billing to refund ** the money but have not received the funds yet. She never answers her phone which is super frustrating as well. BEWARE before you pay them that what they have charged you is correct!!! Was also misquoted on the estimate they originally provided, which was fine, but when they ordered more product and did the install, they took all the tile and left us with no additional tile in case of an emergency or breakage. Still waiting on the box of tile that supposedly they have but have been unable to pick it up from their office.

They came out to prepare a quote on my **************** and never provided me with the quote or returned my calls

********************** provided me with all the help I needed to complete over 800 square feet of LVT flooring. **** came out right away to provide me with a very reasonable cost estimate and scheduled an installation date that was best for me. **** the installer did an awesome job of installing the flooring, his work was very high quality and his attention to detail was excellent!! I am a very happy customer!!!

I gave this company plenty time to make it right with me. I had no problem paying I just wanted the best commercial grade product for my business. They offered me cheap product that wouldnt even hold up a day. This was wrong and I asked them to not complete the job. I wanted them to take the product up. I wouldve paid for half but when asked to pay for the full install I was completely astonished.
