This is a complaint regarding Emergency physician professional association regarding there billing procedure. They send there bills via text I have requested paper **** sent to my address numerous times. They have 93 reviews on ****** 1.2 star most saying the same and people paying over the text process are still sent to collections. They say they are in *********** ** and I would drive there and pay in person They said not possible it was there corporate office and did not accept payment there I pay all my bills via cashier check so I have proof of payment.4300 ************************************************************************** ************* is it illegal to not give the option to pay by mailInitial Complaint

I went to the ** October of 2020. I never received a **** until December 2021, after Christmas. 14 months it took EPPA to notify me of a balance owed. I had not moved, so I cannot explain why they took so long to reach out to me to notify me of any balance due. I immediately called the first business day after receiving the first notice of the **** and paid $10 since that is all I could afford with 4 other bills in payment. Today I called to make my second payment towards the ****, of $10 and then this afternoon I received a letter from collections. Given that it has taken them 14 months to notify me of a balance due, they did not even allow me ***** or 90 days of ***** to try to figure out how to pay the **** given my other obligations, given Im paying to the best of my ability.
