  I contacted ***** for his handyman services for the second time to install two roof tiles and remove a dishwasher that had been cemented in to the floor by a floor tile installation not done by him. He sent somebody on November 1st 2023 to do both and the roof was completed fine with the exception of leaving landscaping debris under the installed tiles but when removing the dishwasher, he left it in the middle of the room and I did not see because Im disabled and moving about is very difficult so, I did not notice until after the man left. When I did notice I called ***** to complain and he was not concerned and I said to myself I would never use this company again. Just today I had the dishwasher completely removed and noticed that the tile was cracked and when I contacted him about it through text message with pictures he called and would not let me speak continuing to talk over me and when he was done his last words were take me to court. I plan on filing a complaint through the city and/or county but would prefer not to do this because from previous experience it is a very long process. I just wanted him to replace the tile just labor and tools because I have the materials but he refused. So, I would like to be reimbursed for the entire job he did because even though theres no issue with the function of the roof tiles he installed he didnt remove the debris before he put it in and did not give me two separate prices for each job. I had to pay for someone to remove the debris. You guys were so great and quick at resolving my issue with health insurance Im hoping the same can be done now. Thank you.   Found and contacted business on ***************************** (Craig's **** ad: https://***********.craigslist.org/hnp/hss/d/***********-best-handyman-service/**********.html)I called their # listed on ad, ************, spoke to "*****" & set up an appointment to a worker come to my *********** on the job. He arrived on 6/10/22, made a bid which I accepted based on him saying he had installed banisters/railings before and could come any time to do the work.On June 20, 2022, he showed up, installed the railing/banisters horribly, but the work was done so I paid him using his PayPal account. The email associated with the PayPal account is ************************************* I immediately called ************ and spoke to "*****" to discuss the poor work and to discuss a partial refund. He asked why I did not call him before the worker left, then said he was in a meeting and hung up. I called the # listed on Handi.Partners website (diff from CL ad), ************ and spoke to *************************, who said I would get a partial refund within two days. I asked him the name of the worker because I had forgotten it. He said he did not know. I told him about the PayPal account and the business associated with it called **************************** and if I could expect a refund through that account. He said yes. I asked who the man at the 612 number. He said he was "a marketing guy" and that he had never met him.Today I called *********************** at 612# who said I should issue claim via PayPal to get refund. "Everyone does it that way." I tried to do this, but the steps in their instructions do not fit my situation. I called PayPal, spoke to representative who said PP does not offer refunds for personal transactions--which is what my payment qualifies as the payment qualifies as. I called *********************** again who said he would contact ************************* & told me to do the same. He texted me the number ************. I left a message.
