I signed up for a membership with this company and received iv-treatments. when my iv treatments were completed I informed them that I was not going to continue with treatments because I was moving to *****. I just learned that they have been charging my credit card $199.00/mo even after telling them that I no longer wanted to receive treatments. I called them and the monthly payments are stopped but they would not refund the payments that I made where I did not receive any treatment. They offered me credit, but that is not acceptable to me. The membership contract may stipulate that they can charge me even when I am not relieving any treatment, but this is very dishonest practice. I told them I was not going to continue with iv treatments and that I was moving to *****; so I though that would take care of it. Why would I agree to pay them $199.00/mo for absolutely nothing. They may have a legal right to charge me, but I think this is fraud and criminal behavior on their part.
