Started a ******* Ad with them in July. Billed for July and August with no hits coming back. Decided that this was not worth the $199 per month. The contract was a month-to -month agreement. There is only 1 way to cancel my account, which is by talking with a person in their customer service ***** EXCEPT, I have tried various times (within their window) to call. They NEVER pick up and it goes to an automated system where you have to hit a 1 to go to customer service. When you get there there are 2 beeps and nothing else. No "your call is important to us, leave a message after the been, nothing. I've left messages and no call back. I've tried emailing their customer service from their website and no response. All employees share that one email and phone number, at least that is what I got when I signed up.
