This dealership reached out to me via ******** to purchase my truck I had listed on marketplace. I knew I could get more money selling to a private party but was convinced to sell to them because I was told it would be a much easier process. Almost a month later and I still don't have a check from them. I was finally told I could come in today to get a check but left empty handed. After I drove several hours to the dealership to get the check, they said they didn't have the title yet from my lending bank and will not release my check yet. Very poor communication from *******. I called by bank and they said they released the title 2 weeks ago. **** of America says it is out of their hands now and the dealership should have the title by now. I suspect they don't have the funds to pay me. I'm contacting an attorney. Do not sell your vehicle to this dealership. Do not trust what they say. Check other reviews online and you'll see others had this problem, so it's not unusual for them to take this long to pay their customers when purchasing vehicles. I wish I checked reviews before selling them my truck.

This customer had a payoff to a bank that we needed to wait for title before we gave him his check. I spoke with him when I gave him his check two days after this complaint and the issues were resolved. He gave me his word he was now happy and he would take these complaints down.Review from Miki L

These people told me my lender charged a $3000 fee to take my loan and they rolled it over into the cost of my car. I called my lender and they made it very clear that they dont charge loan or origination fees. This isnt my only issue with them so Im filing a complaint with the Atty ******* and every other entity that theyre connected with. Im not playing these games. Make sure you read those contracts because they have some unsavory practices. I understand a fluctuating market HOWEVERselling a used car for over $6000 above the **** is quite questionable.Review from Lucia R

On or about March 18, **** I traded in a 2018 **30 for a 2023 **50. The ** 30 was recently purchased, therefore still had a remaining balance. It was documented via the sales contract the outstanding balance would be paid off. I put down the required deposit and I drove the car home. Approximately a week later I received a call from the finance department ******************************* requesting I pay an additional $600.00 because they underestimated the final pay off. I advised ******* we had an signed document, that stated the outstanding loan balance would be paid off. I reached out to the general manager ************************* and he advised me they would pay the outstanding balance. As of April 25, 2023 they have yet to honor the agreement and pay off the final balance. I am truly sadden with my experience at Camelback Infinity.Review from Anna G

Lon was amazing. He took so much time with us to explain how the car worked and showed us all the features. He even came up our house two weeks after we purchased to make sure we understood all of the features. This has by far been the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! Additionally, the dealer was willing to work with us on offers we were finding *********. Truly, they wanted to EARN our business which is not common in todays world. My experience with Infiniti has been nothing short of amazing. Ive been treated like I am important and Lon has always kept in close communication with me. Im huge on good customer ************ is unfortunately hard to come by genuinely good people who really care these days and *** truly made me feel like I was put first.
