We have had our solar safe pool cover since February. Our installers were great and demonstrated how to cover and remove the cover. We did not run the filter or add chemicals from February until May when we removed the cover. We were delighted to see clear water upon removal. On top of the safety features it is an awesome money saver for us. This is a great company and our experience was 5 star

I have owned my cover for two years now and it is holding up just great. I am glad I purchased this cover because I am saving money in the winter months not having to run my pool pump when I am not using it in the off season. I love it and would highly recommend it to new customers. The installers and staff I worked with were outstanding.

First time having an in ground pool. Contacted Solar safe pool covers and we cant be any happier. It was so interesting to see them come out and measure and actually construct and make the pool cover at our house. We have an odd shaped pool with a rock waterfall, and the cover fits beautifully. The best part is we live in AZ and when we leave we put the cover on and it saves us so much money. We are on hauled water, so water is expensive and very precious to us and this stops the evaporation which helps us so much with the water situation. Especially when monsoon season comes, it protects the pool from the debris that can be blown in. So happy with went with them.

Wow what a great review. We are working hard to educate more of the water haulers in your area to understand the benefits of our cover. To have the best safety product, save our precious water and pay for itself is a great thing. Monsoons are coming!!!

Added the cover first as a safety feature with our granddaughter, and a dog who swims like a rock. It keeping it covered during the winter months save a ton of time for spring start up.Very pleased with the service and care they took to assure my cover fit correctly and trained us on the process.I added the reel later which made the removal and re-installation a 1 person job.Still takes time and care to get the process but they have always answered my questions.

We purchased our pool cover in August 2023 and officially covered our pool in November 2023 for the winter. It's amazing the amount of dirt and blowing debris that has been collected on the cover in the last 4 months. When we have had rain, it has been easy to pump the water off the cover. Sure cuts down on having to clean pool filters. We still run our pool pump to continue to circulate the water in the pool, but have cut down on the time the pump runs. Since putting the cover on, we have not had to add so many chemicals to maintain the water balance. The cover is easy to put on (great lessons from the guys who made the cover) and take off.

This is the first year we have our cover, we have installed it 2 times since we got it. It is very manageable to put on and remove. We leave for the hot summer months and when returning the cover is dirty but the pool is clean and water in great condition. This product does exactly what we were looking for.

We appreciate your review and overview of how well the cover allows you to hibernate your pool during the summer when you are gone. So many people that are "snowbirds" have the problem of how to take care of their pool in their absence during the summer months. The Powerlock cover does a great job without having to hire a pool service company just for the summer months.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Complete sham job. Asked for something that was fully retractable and the "sales person" *** advised that obsoletely can be done. They even showed a video of it being retracted. After receiving the install, and going through the walk through, I was told that what I received was not retractable at all. They dont make it anymore.Spoke with a manager who told me that was a "misunderstanding" and that there is nothing that could be done. He told me that I would get a call back from owner within 30 minutes.Fast forward a day later, the owner called and continued to say that I was lying and that there is no way that we were told that was retractable; manually or automatically. He did acknowledge that the video they show shows it being retractable, but they do not sell those.Bottom line is, please be very cautions when or if you use this company. They will misrepresent what they sell and will place the blame on you saying "its a misunderstanding".I literally paid $4,000 for a tarp and anchors that I could have gotten at ********** for under $1,500.Horrible company!

This is a ridiculous and disingenuous review. I have tried to reason with the customer but as you can tell by reading all of our other reviews, we do not make automatic pool covers. We make manual covers and have an average 4.7 stars because we do what we say. We do not advertise automatic covers in any way, they are not on our website or literature. The estimator that went to the home has been with me for 18 years and would not misrepresent our product. He showed the niece of the customer the video of our Powerlock cover being removed manually and he says that we showed the niece a video of an automatic cover and substituted our Powerlock cover instead. Why would he say that? The reason is, which the customer does not want to mention, is that he was not part of the presentation. He was not home when the estimator showed up for his confirmed appointment. He chose to have his young niece get the estimate. He bought the cover several weeks after the appointment after we did a follow up phone call and never brought up anything about an automatic cover. I never once called him a liar and offered for myself and the estimator to come to his house and meet with him and the niece and see what might have gone sideways in communication but he refuses to do anything but post a ridiculous review. Please judge us by our almost 300 online reviews on ******* Yelp, BBB, ****, etc.

We have a large heart-shaped diving pool. Their installation was professional and took only a few hours to complete. They showed us how to fold the cover and store it. We have large pine trees that shed and drop pine cones. The cover has made a world of difference in water savings and pool maintenance. I would highly recommend this company.
