****** seemed very knowledgeable and friendly when he came to the office to provide an estimate for cleaning and grout repair. He noted several areas where grout was damaged due to previous poor installation. We agreed on a price for him to clean tile and repair grout, and set up a work date for the following week. He expected the work would take 4-5 hours. He showed up around the time expected with another individual on 11/16/2022. When they began cleaning the tile, I asked that they be careful around the kitchen cabinets - as they had just been refinished. I was told 'no damage would be done.' Within 2 hours (less than half the expected time), I was told the project was complete. When reviewing the work, my wife noticed a few holes and unusual looking areas in the grout - but we were told it was normal. We paid them $585 and they departed. In further reviewing the work, we noticed that little of the grout repair was actually completed - instead, the grout falling out was simply colored over. In addition, there were many small holes throughout the floor where the work was done. And worst of all, the cleaning that 'would cause no damage' to the recently completed kitchen cabinets did indeed cause damage. In short, I paid them roughly $300 dollars an hour to end up causing me more work -- now needing someone to come and properly repair grout AND fix damage to the kitchen cabinets they caused. They might be good for just cleaning, but I would definitely avoid for anything. There seems to be little care for the quality of work done.
