We hired Jason K**** with Phoenix Ad agency to update and create websites for (4) our companies. in total there were (3) websites to update, and (1) website to create from scratch. The contracts were all signed on 5/19/2021 for the amounts of; $2415.00, $4190.00, $2940, and $2575.00, totaling $12,120.00. He promised to deliver on the projects, but then "ghosted" us after we paid 75% of the total. Blocked our number from contacting him, website was shut down, and has not reached out for over a month now. I have tried numerous times to make contact with him with no resolve. Last time we talked, I asked him to deploy our first site, which was complete and ready. He was unsure how to deploy, so I asked for all the files so that I could, he then stated that he would call me back after he was out of a meeting... He never called. It's been over a month, and he is still posting on his ******** page, so I know he is still trying to get more business. This makes no sense because he acted like he was overwhelmed with business, and couldn't handle what he took on from us.
