              TB12Boston, This engineer tech was very personable and very educated on computers. Felt comfortable in his research of our computer and will ask for him from now on. Gives one relief knowing our computer is safe and running appropriately due to his knowledge in knowing what to look for if there is a cliche in the system. Thank you TB12Boston!

              ***** went beyond just recovering my old files and setting up my new computer. He showed me some changes for the updated operating system and set up links for me to purchase a couple of peripheral devices I might need.

              Engineer ****** ******** - ****** was timely, explained everything he was going to do and the results in a way I could understand. He was friendly and professional. He reported his findings and recommendations, and answered all of my questions. He was able to resolve my charging issue, and offered options for my aging computer and another issue with the battery drain. He asked for my input to the decision making. Excellent customer ********************** and would not hesitate to use this company in the future.
