My experience is not what I am seeing from other reviews.. The entire process has been awesome. Everything was explained in detail prior to signing up. I knew how much I was paying to start services, and what my monthly payment would be. My credit officer keeps me up to date with what is going on with my profile, and she does an account review each month and gives an overview and list of things I need to do on my end for success. The monthly reviews include documentation of what they have done. I just received a pre-approval for a mortgage loan with my middle score being 620. I started this journey at a 540 six months ago!!! Very grateful for My Credit Guy, and I will continue to use their services to improve my credit beyond what it is now. They are who I recommend to anyone needing help with their credit!!!Review from Brvetly W

**** with credit repair and I connected today. I tried to share my frustration my FICO is 800 my husband needs help ******* started in February then in May told she is too busy so it is my husband I have to explain we are starting all over again after telling him that with ******* from someone else who dropped the ball. I told him I had a short time to hear what he needs and what he can do for my husband.He said "I feel a lot of hostility and anger I don't think we are a good fit and that we can work together". Did he ever hear the phrase the customer is always right? I was sharing my frustration and only wanted reassurances he is a professional and can take it to the finish line. I was not going to beg for his business I saved him the satisfaction of hanging up on me so I hung up on him. My Credit Guy will be getting a very bad yelp review for poor customer service.*************** be ****** sensitive to my being upset for this process of taking so long and having to start over for the 3rd time because my husband's daughter could not help and then ******* dropped the ball and now "My Credit Guy" can't deal with someone frustrated to start over again. It is a legitimate concern. I don't work with poor customer service, ****** sensitive snowflakes so you can tell that to your associate **** !!!I was willing to give ******* all my real estate contacts and pay her for her service.Not now !!!!Review from Tom R

I do not recommend anyone to get their services. Basically, they just tell you what you already know. They do not help, nor do they assist you with better knowledge on how to fix your credit. This is just a waste of money. Would have done zero stars but this does not let me. VERY POOR Hope this helpsReview from Barbara L

This company is nothing but a **** joke. Every comment on here is 100% accurate. We were trying to buy ************* the last 6 months and we were also told that it takes 90 days to bring your credit where it needed to be. After the 90 days we were told it would be another ***** days before we would see any changes. They say they sent out disputes but refused to show us any evidence it was actually done. Everything the supposedly did for us was a waste of time and money when we could have done everything they didn't do ourselves! Please please do not contact these people they will rob you of your hard earned money.Review from Gregory T

This Business has no moral standing, They lie to you right out of the gate. I never knew about arrears payment so that first month that they claim is Free isn't. And you do all of the work yourself, they do absolutely nothing. But they claim it takes 35 days..... This is a waste of Money. Don't do it.My Credit Guy Inc Response

We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our services. We understand that you feel we have not fulfilled our end of the contract, but we would like to address your concerns.
Firstly, we would like to emphasize that we have completed two full rounds of disputes and as you may know, the dispute process can take up to 35 days to be completed. That is why we do not have updates in between time, however we did share the results of each round with you once we had the information to do so.
We did achieve some positive results during your time within the program, including a deletion of an account and a settlement which resulted in less than the full amount owed.
Furthermore, it's important to note that during the initial signup process, you were informed about our billing structure, which is also clearly outlined in the contract you signed. We did communicate that the first payment would be processed on the 30th day of service, once we had started work on your file.
While we genuinely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced and we have also agreed to waive the final invoice, we believe we have upheld our obligations as per the agreed-upon terms.Review from Christopher S

This place is a scam. They claim to get things removed from your report when it was removed due to the time being on your report. The price they charge is definitely not worth it . You dont get great customer service.everytime they call you its from a different number so if you had a number saved for them so you know when they call dont count on it cause theyll call from different numbers everytime . I dont pick up from numbers I dont know . Then after theyll send you a email saying they tried to reach you so when you call back you never get a response. Its a circus over there . These ppl are liers!!! They take you for a ride ofe hundreds of dollars on hoe and promises. You send them receipts or documents to keep for your "files" to supposedly to further your escalations, and to find out nothing ever gets done. They always tell you that it takes another 30 days for any response, blah blah blah. Smh. Hi *******, We have tried multiple times to reach out to discuss your file. We do legally have to give the bureaus 30 days to investigate so it is radio silence during their investigation period. Upon reviewing your file, there has been good progress made. We do bill in arrears, so the payments are always for the previous 30 days of service however we did waive the last invoice that was due and closed out your file per your request. This company is the biggest waste of money. We were trying to buy a home and the lender we were working with recommender for us to use this company to help us get some things removed from our credit. They take forever to start the process and they tell it takes 90 days to see any results and by the time you realize they have done nothing for you they have taken 3 months worth of payments. They have not helped remove one thing from my or my husband credit. They also make you pay and extra $20/ person a month for their credit monitoring after you have signed up. We tried to cancel early after seeing they were a waste of money and they tell us there is cancellation fee which we were told was $199. Then they proceeded to take $308 out of our bank account which was not authorized. Do not use this company they will steal your money and not give you the services promised.My Credit Guy Inc Response
