Please visit Dropbox link - I can provide access if needed. I have over 150 attachments I am unable to add on this case. ************************************************************************* Al attachments show that the repairs completed Earnhardt dealerships should be under warranty. Repairs began 12/12/2022. In total, I have paid ******* Avondale ******** cents charged on my debit card and $40 dollars tip in cash. The business committed to provide repairs to my vehicle after damages were caused by nearby dealership. The business is no longer willing to resolve the problem. The business is not accountable for the work performed and warranties provided. Another local ******* dealership has agreed to work with me and take my vehicle in to see what needs to be done. The funds will go toward the remaining repairs needed. I have attempted to call Earnhardt Auto Centers directly. All parties at avoiding a solution at this time. I have also escalated this matter elsewhere. I was bribed by the ** at Rodeo *** to close all complaints. This was not honored. My vehicle is being neglected at this dealership. The repairs are under warranty.

Basic Issue: On 21 Jan 2021 Purchased a 21 *********** from Rodeo **** from ** ************************ Vehicle not ready for delivery. Given loaner. On 22 Jan was near ********** asking basic stinger questions. The ** ************************* stated that I could buy a vehicle from them instead of Rodeo as vehicle had not been delivered. Both Earnhardt. Did so with the understanding that they handle all issues with Rodeo. They agreed. ******** multiple calls texts from Rodeo ***** Jan asking when I would be bringing back loaner and picking up vehicle. Answered on 25 Jan stating that they should call ******. 27 Jan, received call from ******* stating that the deal/vehicle was transferred back to Rodeo and asked if I could go sign all new paperwork. I stated that I would go the 28th. 28 Jan, went to Rodeo and they stated vehicle and deal was theirs but payment would be different as they had certain add ons. I asked for my trade back. ******* declined. Called ******* who stated that he still had a deal in place. I asked for my trade back but he also declined. As it turns out, my trade was already sold. ******* actually did close the contract as near as I can tell on 27 Jan. ******** call from ******* on 11 March asking me to come in and sign all new paperwork. All my paperwork was lost as *** was hacked. Stated I would go in as soon as possible. 15 Mar, called ************* to make payment. Was told that the contract was closed. Stopped driving vehicle. No contract from 26 Jan to late Mar. 23 Apr, went into ****** and they reiterated that hacking was the issue but they found contract. I asked for copy and received but signature did not match my thumb drive copy given at purchase. 2 July, filled formal complaint with Kia ******** Talked with ****** Finance **** who stated that ****** did in fact cancel the contract in Jan. *** notes but many many irregularities but no specific info. Appears to be contract fraud on second contract without my signature.

We chose a vehicle and took pictures of a truck. We were asked to wait 6days for financing on a 21,2500 dodge ********. 6 days later I was asked to put more money down. Told it was the same vehicle. Left with a different truck and not told . We seen our pictures and it's not our truck we chose. NO 5TH wheel package no warranties not the truck we picked. I called finance 2 weeks later expressed my issue. NO CALL BACK. I'm upset and have been. I thought I had no options until recently. This needs to be made right.
