I’d like to share my first & last experience with Austin’s Auto Advantage in. I called last Thursday to have my new tires (customer provided ) to be put on, balanced and mounted with an alignment that my car needed. I was desperate and with a short notice they took me in and got it done in a timely manner. Customer service was great and the lady’s were super nice and friendly. Friends and family highly recommended them so I was confident with my decision. This is where my experience turns bad. Along with the damage to rim whoever removed said tire and reinstalled said tire failed to bring it to my attention or anybody else’s attention that ALL of the lug nuts didn’t match and were not the correct ones (other 3 tires had matching lug nuts) they just slapped them back on and sent me on my way. The next day I drove to Tucson and it literally sounded like my tire was going to pop right off. Of course I panicked and was upset because I spent $301.00 for this service. I knew something wasn't right so after some investigation and realizing that the tire was loose and my rim had been damaged said lug nut(s) were forced on to the point it ate my rim causing wiggle room enough to cause more damage and fall off and who knows what else could have happen. If the lugs nuts didn’t match up/fit or go on properly DON'T PUT THEM BACK ON, SAY SOMETHING!! They would have been held responsible if the tire would have come off going 75MPH down the freeway and myself of someone was was seriously injured or killed. I Explained to my fiancé what was going on so I left it to him to take care of it. Fast forward to today after going rounds with them they absolutely refuse to understand the bigger picture and address it properly at one point he was put on hold then was “hung up on” video recording were reviewed and they said all the correct lug nuts were put back on.Initial Complaint

On 02/03/23, I took my 2002 Ford F-250 truck to Austin's to schedule an alignment for $105. The alignment was done and then I asked him to run a diagnostic on my truck for the cold start I was experiencing. They took two days to perform the diagnostic and charged me $112.50. When I picked up my truck the young man from the front desk told me they couldn't figure out what the issue was but that he was pretty sure I needed new fuel injectors and it would cost me $1,600 for the replacement and install. I told him I would have to think about it because I am on a fixed budget. The next day my son-in-law came over and performed a diagnostic on my truck and it took him no more than 10 minutes to determine the electric fuel pump need to be replaced. I purchased an electric fuel pump from O'Reilly's Auto for $250. We replaced the pump and my truck started right up and there was no cold start since. If I would have taken the Austin's associates sureness, I would have been in the hole for $1,600 and would still have a cold start. A week prior to 03/31/23, I went back into Austins to order new rims and tires for the same truck. The size I order was for 35/12.5 20R and for 20" rims. Mr. Austin took my order for $3,100 and when the tires and rims arrived, the tires were the wrong size. After I gave him the measurements. He told me it was going to cost him $200 to return the tires. I told him I would pay half, which was $100 cash even though I had originally given him the correct size. I felt bad which I should have not been charged for this. The owner and two techs went out to look at my tires and did their own check before making the second order which now was for $3,500 and placed the order again. A week later the second order came in and now the rims were the wrong size. He then told me he was going to charge me a $300 stocking fee after he is the one who ordered the wrong size. I should have never been charged the $400 total. I truly feel like Mr. Austin took advantage of me.
