i bought a manufravtured home from this company in 2020 they needed to finish the job after it was set up bt they never did i have three different colors in my house , they placed the wrong size of AC unit and wrong duct work my flooring needs to be fixed its lifted , the cinder block wall has been leaning since the y put it up , i have water leaks coming through my wall of my shower since i got the house kitchen drawers not fixed , drywall cracked and bubling out , water coming in through window and door seals and frames, i've gotten nothing but the run around with tons of excuses i'm a first time buyer and this has made my experience a horror, i'm not the only one theres a long list of people with the same bad experience ,, i just want my house finishedBusiness response

Good Afternoon,
This says this was the second notice but this is the first I received a letter from BBB. Our mail box is located outside, some of the ladies clip it on the door so it may have got lost in the wind. But I am replying to this as soon as I received it today.
The business owner has had many different office managers so the files I am attaching could be confusing, but all our emails are under *****************r & **********************. I have sent my guys out there more than several times, even after ***** ****** warranty was up, we did that as a courtesy. I went through her walk through form & it does not state there was any leaks in windows and walls, as she stated that that had started once she first moved in. The manufacturer for her home was ******* ******* not ******* ******* *********** that we have now, so the emails I am attaching are not from our current manufacturer. As far as we knew they were sending their techs to fix a few things & to paint & her list would be done after. We checked with them several times when she would call because it was factory issues not my set up crew but Elisa said they have been sending out their techs after her warranty was expired so there was some confusion. The last thing we were having to do was paint, which was difficult, we even color matched her wall & took it to home depot, paid for it to be done but she said it didn't match still. Once again this was when she was no longer in warranty but ******* no longer carried said color so we color matched her original color, we tried our best to do what we could under such circumstances. Please let me know if you need anymore information on this, I am attaching only some of info on her file.
