300 blackout ammo purchased from a retailer in 2023 manufactured by Ammo Incorporated failed immediately resulting in the copper metal jacket becoming lodged in the barrel. After minimal research, this is a highly concerning common occurrence. Someone is going to be killed attempting to fire this ammunition. It is sold by multiple retailers and MUST be recalled IMMEDIATELY. Multiple calibers of ammunition are failing per quick online searches.Initial Complaint

Aug 2 i purchased 200 rounds of 9mm from palmetto state Armory was received aug 9th went to the range the following week and on the first mag one of the rounds had a catastrophic failure and the gunsmith took the gun apart and saw that the casing didnt sit right in the barrel casing it to jam. i paid $87 for the ammo box i paid $35 for the gunsmith to take it apart paid $95 for the range time the day of the issue onky was there for 5 min paid $105 for all the replacement part needed for the gun to be back and operational. i contacted ammo *** about the issue and first contact with them was aug 16 they quickly sent me a new batch of ammo with their head stamps and asked to returned the defective ammo for investigation which was sent back aug 23 and received aug 25th by them. i was told it would take 2 days for the ** dep to evaluate the ammo i had sent them pic of 4 rounds i had found that had marking or defects and one that was clearly deflective. no update for weeks and sep 8th they finally get back and say that no issue was found during testing. when one round clearly shows that the round was seated wrong on the casing and would cause issues.this is not something to take lightly as it could had caused bodily injury because of a defective round and their response is nothing was wrong with the rounds.Business response

We have reimbursed *** for all expenses incurred in his complaint.
Check was mailed to his address on 9-19-22.
