I have had an account with this bank for more than ten years. (Acct# *************** this year this bank went thru major updating of it's computer and related systems. During this time I was unable to make cash deposits into an ATM machine at ****** ******************** branch as I was accustomed to for a very long time. Without this feature I couldn't manage my account any longer with this bank. I worked with the ************* Operations ***************************** to resolve the issue but she could not bring resolution to the problem. On April 1st, 2022 I requested via email that my account be closed. On April 7th I became aware that electronic debits to this account were still being paid. I immediately contacted ******************* via email requesting her help to resolve this issue and close the account. **************** emailed me back that "she would take care of it." For over a month since that time this bank has NOT closed the account, continues to pay electronic debits to the account and has emailed me and snail mailed me daily statements from my account.This bank has a lot of problems and I no longer wish to be their victim. I want my account closed as originally requested on April 1st, 2022.
