This place is a scam. I had got dental insurance with them. My billing is due on the seventh of every month I just got billed again on the 24, by the way its August. Only time they bill you early is when the seventh is running through the weekend. Now they say its going to take 24 hours for someone to call me back for a call back. Plus, the insurance company United Concordia cant recognize my ****** ID number? What is really going? I need my money and to cancel.

This company is a scam or a very poorly run operation. I signed up for a dental plan and never received any cards. After calling several times, I finally got to download my own cards. When I presented them to the dentist's office they laughed and said they had never heard of this and I couldn't use it. Great. So I called them and they talked me into buying a much bigger policy for $2500 a year. They lied and said my dentist was on the plan. They also lied and said my coverage would start in tow weeks when it really started the next month. OMG, I canceled my cc card payment. This company needs to be stopped. My daughter passed away in November 2022, she had life insurance through association entrepreneurship ***, they sent ** claim paperwork but to this day we have not collected anything, weve called the company this company insured her through and they cannot pay out to the beneficiaries until association entrepreneurship sends information to them which they still after 3 months have not done . Please DO NOT Join this group. I I could rate them a zero, I would. I really am considering filing a complaint with insurance commissioner against them.Association for Entrepreneurship USA Response

Im a new customer. I signed up for life insurance this morning thru life quotes agent Rob. However, after reading the reviews l decided to see if what they were saying about UFEUSA being nearly impossible to reach via phone. I am currently on the line and Ive been waiting for quite awhile for someone from this company to pick up. Im not satisfied by this because in the event my beneficiary to reach out to them itll be more stress added.ok so finally they answer and she says that she cant give me any info on my policy and I have to core life quotes being that I made the purchase through them so I called life quotes and no one answered I left a voicemail I will keep you guys updated however I am heavily considering canceling my policy because I do not want my beneficiary to go through so much to receive the benefits they should do better with customer service skills and life quotes and a FEUSA should communicate more effectively for the sake of those that are grieving or need themAssociation for Entrepreneurship USA Response

Tries to cancel my policy because they dropped Delta Dental and moved me to United Concordia. My dentist does not accept them. My insurance agents said I had to contact them because he couldn't access their files. Called them and they said their system was down and U would have to call back of email support. They made no offer to call me back and help me. Called my insurance agent again and he said the last time he called them he was out on hold for over an hour. AVOID this company at all costs.
