I CREATED A MODO.US ACCOUNT A FEW WEEKS AGO. I WON 1700 I REQUESTED CASH OUT ON MARCH 23RD, 2024, IT WAS CANCELED AND PLAYED BY A HACKER. I CHANGED PASSWORD, REQUESTED CASH OUT OF 1015$ ON 3/24/24, AND 1000$ ON 3.25.24; ALL 3 REDEMPTIONS DISAPPEARED MAGICALLY SOMEHOW! This site scammed me, did not provide support, pay out when requested, did not provide terms of service ; did not close account and allowed charges new when I myself only spent or authorized 3 $49.99 transactions and only played on those 3 days ever. I have been charged to many cards and payments a large sum of money. I contacted the business furiously, was offered no to little help, and account not closed nor a dime refunded. they scammed and stole my money. I will contact law enforcement and dispute with bank/further this in court after making many reasonable efforts to receive help and not be charged further if the business does not refund every cent every spent on my account on the site, ************************** or pay my winnings out. I was stolen close to 2-3k from, and i will settle for every transaction ever to be refunded, as they would not pay out my winnings, or i will file a suit and claim and dispute every transaction given they were mostly all unauthorized. They also refused me winnings or they just seemed to magically disappear..they never provided terms/conditions to I myself, that I myself agreed to and provided services without a license to someone deemed incapable of this site/gambling whom is self excluded, and charged me many sums of money refusing payments, refunds, service, and acted in a manner that was not helpful and scamming. Modo,us is a scam. I request immediately refund them all and close the account as asked to for the last two weeks. it caused a state of emergency for my family and wondering how we will afford to eat after you have let someone take every time, and rigged games when i did play 3 times, and did not secure account/pay out winnings.Business response

I have no idea what this person is talking about. My Business is a craft account and I teach ********************. I haven't sold much since ***** put hands on workers out of business. I do craft fairs only. This isn't something address properly.
