Paid for Luke ******************** 2020 which was cancelled, with promise of use in next show. Show in 2022 also cancelled, but not able to use in 2024 show because this group no longer putting on the show. They have kept money from people in same situation. See other complaints. Company no longer at address given here, no phone response.Initial Complaint

They sold tickets for Luke **** 2020. My order confirmation is ******* for $247.50. Due to Covid 19, they cancelled the show and indicated, that the tickets will be good for the same show in 2022. This show was also cancelled, and now they do not respond at all. The emails provided; nobody is responding to. And calling the number ************ is an absolute joke. Try to call it, after a long and useless msg. you get disconnected.Initial Complaint

I am seeking a refund of $450.00 for the Luke **** 2020 airshow that was canceled. Airshow Management Group stated that "those who purchased tickets for the canceled 2020 show and did not get a refund or dispute their credit card transactions will have those tickets fully honored at the 2022 show." Now the 2022 airshow was canceled and I have been trying to get someone to help me from Airshow Management Group...Emjaye(********)******* answered one of my emails telling me that she was working on it. Their number ************ is now disconnected again....none of my emails are being answered since 7 March 2022. *******************, Public Affairs suggested I file a complaint with you.
