**** poor quality. Purchased my first designer bag from Marc Jacobs and its quality it shocking bad. The special occasion bag used twice, gently, was damaged. How could this be!? Gentle usage under 5 hours maybe and already showing extremely wear. Come on Ive owned the bag for two weeks and they wont do anything. Not even a repair. Not even an option to pay for a repair on my own dime.Review from Christian F

I ordered a bag on the 17th and they claimed it was supposed to be delivered before the 12 24 2022 and it never arrived , tried to contact their customer service and no one responds , just save your money and your time they have 0 customer service no one tries to help you.Review from Leah M.

Ladies ladies and Gentlemen, heed my warning. Be very sure about doing business online with Marc Jacobs. I ordered a bag from Marc jacobs.com. The bag was not as expected and I shipped it out the same day. Its been over 30 days and no refund. No one answers my call , the customer service line has not picked up for me once. Im in the process of disputing the case via PayPal and they are taking their sweet time to respond. So hear my warning. Be sure you like the bag youre ordering because sending it back is feeling like I may never see my money again . $474 is too much money to just give away.
