We bought the product touchpoint essentials for an expensive price, with a one year warranty. The products we bought were supposed to last, but we have gone through 3 pairs already and no matter what they continue to swell and break at the back. The plastic they are made with is too cheap to house the motors they are made with. The product is not worth the $200 price tag as the touchpoints don't last longer than 6 months. Our warranty is expired, but we have yet another broken pair (our 3rd). We are looking for a full refund or lifetime replacements.Business response

The quality of our materials is carefully selected to house the technology securely. Many customers find that their *********************** last well beyond the warranty period. However, we understand this is not what has happened in your case and wed like to investigate further to see how we can help.
Could you please share some additional details about how often you use and charge your TouchPoints and what type of charging block is used? This will help us provide tips for longevity to ensure that your TouchPoints serve you well for as long as possible.
After reviewing our records, we see that your purchase was delivered in January 2023. As you are aware, the standard warranty period for TouchPoints is 12 months, which we had extended in your case to ensure you are satisfied with your TouchPoints. Our one-year warranty is designed to ensure that our products perform as expected for at least one year. While we are unable to offer a refund or lifetime warranty, we are happy to extend your current warranty to 24 months, giving you until January 2025 for coverage. In addition, wed like to offer you 15% off any future purchases as a token of our appreciation.
