I have recently complained , and the case was closed . I did not have a chance to reply as I was out of town and didnt have access to any internet. The business only cancelled the membership after the billed me for almost 11 months , and the membership was set to expire within a month , I havent got my money back , and Im not using their business or have any intention , they kept the money and gave me credit that they know I wont use , since the first month I have reached out and express that to them due to their lack of availability while I was on a trip to ****** . Whenever I disputed the amount with the bank , they would win since they show the agreement that says no refund but dismiss the fact that they didnt have anything I wanted in their inventory and they cancelled my reservation. Only response I got was a couple of weeks ago after I submitted a complaint to BBB and their resolution was just to cancel a membership that was prompt to expire within a month. They still have 319$ that I was not refunded and they gave me credit to use with them that I will not use and thats their way of claiming that they gave me credit back ( in their own system) complaint number #********.Initial Complaint

I was supposed to rent a motorcycle from eagle rider a street glide to be exact. When I arrived there they did not have the motorcycle that I reserved. They tried to put me on a bike that was a different type of motorcycle one that I did not want to rent. I told them that the bike they had for me was not going to work. They told me take it or leave it Im not getting a refund and kept my money. I believe the location said it was in ****** **
