I bought a car from geard and the very next day the engine blew. I requested to just get my money back and move on. The man who owns the business refused and talked down to me despite local lemon laws. I dropped the car off at a ******* dealer who replaced the engine for free since it had been recalled. The business owner knew it had been recalled and still sold it to me. When the ******* dealer had the car they told me the brakes were unsafe as were the tires, struts, alignment, and shocks. ***** the owner of geard promised he would fix those things after the engine was fixed. I dropped my car off to him and he returned it while I was recovering from a major surgery so I didnt get to inspect it. When I got the chance to inspect the car a day after drop off absolutely no changes were made. No alignment. No tires. No brakes. No shocks or struts. He lied. This is a severe safety issue and I have 2 children. Ive had to slowly save money to fix all the issues myself despite the dealer selling me an absolute lemon of a car. Everything is still not fixed.

******** bought a ***** Fe from **. The car was inspected and serviced at ******* ******* in **********. A knock sensor was replaced and the car was driven and given a 100% from them. We drove and took the car through emissions, which wouldn't be possible with a check engine light. ******** had a problem arise after taking the car. It was related to the work ******* performed. So the car was sent back to *******. At no point did the motor "blow up" as ******** drove it to *******. ******** said ******* said it needed brakes and shocks. Brakes were above 3mm so they were not required to be replaced. Shocks were operated fine as well. We still replaced them at our expense. We have the receipts from them. At no point in any conversation did we say we would replace tires. The tires are all above spec for safety. Her inspection at ******* confirms that. As per lemon law, dealers are given 3 chances to fix any major mechanical problem. We fixed her issue in 1 try and she now has a extended warranty on her engine from *******. We are not refunding ******** anything. She also never reached out with any problem after the car was delivered to her and that's been months.

I purchased a car from GEARD ARIZONA location in ********** this place. The check engine light was on when i purchased it due to engine problems. They claimed they would fix it..but instead they held my car for 2 months..the first two months of ownership and fixed nothing. I was told their master mechanic couldnt find the issue. So when I drove away the suspension light came on. I told them and they told me they would fix it..fast forward its been 3-4 months..my car has the same issues it had. Nothing has been fixed.

Looking at the complaint. ********* did not buy a car from us. *** paperwork that was submitted states that Shantere Buze is the purchaser of this vehicle. Also, this particular vehicle went to paint to have a dent in the car fixed. *** buyer came after the car repair was fixed. ***re was never a check engine light on in the car. *** car had a small vacuume leak to the turbos that was completely fixed and repaired. We were informed after the buyer took the car that their rear suspension when out. We are not obligated to fix that per Arizona state law, but we offered to do it for the customer to make them feel like they were being taken care of. We ordered new air suspension, and were diagnosing the cause of the problem, when the buyer got impatient. We offered to pay for replacement shocks for the car and install them. *** buyer did not want to wait for them and asked if we would take $1,000 off the $2,800 that they still owed us. We said that was fine and the buyer took the car. As emissions were completed in Arizona state law standards, there was no check engine light on, as we would not be able to complete the emissions on the car. We explained to the buyer that if he drove the car like a race car, then he would create issues for himself and the car. We offered to take a look at the car any time he had a issue. But, the buyer did not want to do that. As we could not confirm any issues with the car and we do not have a inspection report from a mechanic shop saying that there was a motor or transmission issue that would keep the car from driving, we cant give proof that there was a mechanical issue that was within the first 15 days or 500 miles from the date of delivery. *** buyer was provided a powertrain warranty as well that last for 3 months or ***** miles. *** buyers husband/boyfriend stated that he worked for a car dealership. It would have been very simple to take the car there for a inspection at any point in time.

The Date of Transaction 07/07/2023 invoice #****, access code *054DY0008FFT*, a deposit of $500 for hold. The deposit was to provide a hold on the vehicle until we could see it two days later. Our dispute is that the business is refusing to return our $500 deposit for the hold of the vehicle. The business did not try to resolve the problem. When we called the business, they said they " don't know what we're talking about". My son ********************************* seen an F150- Raptor online through the dealerships website. He then called the dealership to inquire about the vehicle. Because we live far (over **** hour away) they told us to put a deposit of $500 down on the vehicle for them to hold the vehicle until Saturday (July 09) when we could get there. The $500 deposit was paid on the July 07th. When we got to the dealership on July 9th to view the vehicle there was rust on the body, leaking fluids (possibly oil) and when test droving the vehicle was making noise (possible mechanical issues). We then brought this to the owner and sales rep attentions the owner then got hostile and defensive that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. We were then told to leave and not given the opportunity to look for another vehicle. We asked about our deposit, and he told us to leave and would not help us. On the paperwork provided it does state that " return policy: Not provided". We have called the dealership asking for a refund and they state " we don't know what you are talking about". We are looking for our deposit refunded to our bank account. There was no paperwork ever signed with the policy stating a refund was not going to be given if we didn't purchase the vehicle.

************************* is not a customer and we have had no interaction with her. Her third party accounts of what transpired are not accurate. Please refer to the individuals who actually called concerning the vehicle. It is explained over the phone when inquiring about a deposit that it is a non refundable deposit. Thank you.

As my son was at work, I spoke to the dealership about this $500 deposit. Not at anytime did no one tell me it was non refundable. The invoice or the receipt sent does not say it was not refundable. They spoke to me so I could pay the deposit and on the receipt it has my email. Also the money that came out of the account also does have my name on it. The receipts from the dealership were also sent to my email address that they spoke to me to get. So it in-fact  does have to do with me when I was a part of the deposit transaction.

If *************** chose to take care of the deposit for her brother after the entirety of the deal was discussed with her brother that was her choice. Her brother did not disclose the details of the interaction to her. He put in a credit application for the truck and we got him approved on a great loan. We went over the details of our deposits. We take a $500 non refundable deposit only when we have an approved loan or the buyer is paying in cash and can show proof of funds. That is explained to every customer that we have before putting a deposit down. This is done because we had multiple customers on the truck and we would be losing a sale to those other customers if you choose to back out. There is also no paperwork saying that the deposit is refundable. We would love for you to provide the paperwork, but as it doesnt exist. Please refer to your brother if you would like to be paid back for your deposit as he was aware of the deposit rules.

GearD Arizona, auto sales is stating that there is no paperwork showing that it was a nonrefundable deposit youre right, we have no paperwork because you gave us none. I do have paperwork stating that there is no policy given to us on the deposit, whether refundable or not I discussed sending the $500 deposit with someone from your company. They never explained to me personally that it was nonrefundable. Had the truck been in good condition we wouldve finalized the purchase, but giving the things wrong with it why would we spend good money on something like that we went there in good faith all were asking for is the deposit back

On July 5th, 2023, I was interested in looking at the 2014 Jeep this company had in their inventory. They told me via text it wasn't available for show just yet because of the ball joints and suspension being repaired. On July 6th, 2023, I check in to see when the Jeep would be done, and they told me via text AGAIN that they were struggling with getting the suspension fixed because another part that was part of it was broken and it's taking longer to complete. After the "repair job" was done I was able to come in and look at it. It looked good the only thing missing was the passenger step. I Signed all the required paperwork and took it home on July 14th, 2023. On August 14th, 2023, (exactly one month later) the Jeep completely breaks down and when I take it to a shop, they tell me that my ball joints are all wore out and my suspension is broken. Not only that but the Breaks on the Jeep are the wrong size, and I was leaking fluids all over the place. Had id driven it anymore and I would've lost my brakes entirely. Now how can that be if the dealership just fixed it a month ago? So, I contacted the dealership about the issue, and they told me that they never said they were fixing the suspension, they aren't going to fix it now, and that "this is what warranties are for". After I showed them our text message conversation, they are side swiping my calls and emails saying I need to speak to sales without giving me a number or other email to reach out to. I'm tired of being ignored and I think it is highly unprofessional to 1. Refuse to fix the mistake you made, and 2. completely ignore my calls after you realize you are in the wrong. All I asked and am still asking is for them to pay for what they said they fixed and didn't.

**** has been in constant contact with the dealership. Her only method of communication that she is able to use is email which is NOT the most effective or timely way of getting responses from a very busy car dealership. We have never rescinded on our promise to purchase a step for her. It just so happens that purchasing one single step is difficult. We have been back and forth trying to make sure we find a solution. The customer took her Jeep to a third party mechanic that gave her very over inflated and inaccurate information concerning her vehicle. We had the car reinspected by a corporate entity to ensure accuracy and sent her the results. She told us that she will be contacting a lawyer so we are awaiting that communication from her representative.

This company sold me a car 2/23 and forced me to lie to a company about this car being up and running when in fact it was not but anything to close a sale right In addition they had to FALSIFY LEGAL documents to make this happen. I have all the proof and can submit anything needed. I put $10,000.00 down but again they told me to lie to the finance company and say I put $8,000.00 down because of a big lender fee sounds to me like they pocketed that extra money. Anyways I paid on a car for 2 1/2 months and didnt even touch it. They kept me in the dark about anything being done to it. I have plenty of messages asking them when it would be finished and when I could pick it up. So then the day comes where its finished but in fact its not. It received significant damage from the shop while it was being worked on and they refused to fix it saying they arent responsible. But hold on, didnt you take the vehicle to this shop? This shop that did the work for 2 1/2 months did a motor swap and ****** swap, which means you need to bring your car back to be looked at to make sure mechanically everything is working so its a break in period. I put those miles on in the first week and TOLD them multiple times of an ongoing is***s. Motors are not going to run perfect every single time. And this case the shop did not install the heat shield over the transmission and it gets extremely hot and I have a daughter that cant go in that car because of how hot summer is and it sucking in 200+ degree air. In addition within that BREAK in period you need to look at the components that fixed the car. And again cricket cricket. I do not want this car anymore theyre a bunch of scammers. They can TAKE this car back and refund me ALL my money. In addition Im not stopping here. You guys falsified documents to make a sale which is HIGHLY illegal so you can bet that a** if you dont make me a satisfied customer I will open a lawsuit and *** for more than just the money back that I put down.
